My roof which was installed by Ribas Roofing in 2019, is leaking. It was a complete tear off and new 30 year shingle installation. They were contracted through Lowe's to do the work in the fall of 2019. When the first rain came, the roof on the granny cottage started leaking. I texted Daniel, and he came over right away and ""fixed"" it himself. Well, we're finally getting a quantity of rain in 2022/23, and the roof leaks in the same spot that Daniel ""fixed"". Two more leaks have also started dripping from the ceiling, see photos. I do not recommend this company for roofing. (Lowe's only offers a two year warranty on labor and told me to call my homeowner's insurance. So, that's where I'm at... )

I called to inquire about roof repair. Was told they do work on my type of house and roofing material and would return my call. No return call. I called again on Oct, 21st, 25th, 26th, 27th, Nov. 9th, 10th and 18th. Even though I got a live person to answer my call half the time they told me they would call me back and never did. It's fine if they are too busy but they always told me they would look at the calendar to send someone out and never got back to me. No return email if you try that option as well.

We had a leak in our roof and wanted to get it fixed. We called Ribas Roofing and Daniel Ribas came and evaluated the situation. He also recognized that our roof was showing signs of age (it was nearly 30 yrs old). We thought we'd focus on the repair and Daniel had it repaired in half a day! We decided to get a bid on replacing the whole roof. We wanted to get other bids but after calling on 3 other companies and not getting any call-backs we went with Daniel.
We are thrilled with our new roof and highly recommend him to do your roof repair or replacement.

They stepped in to help withy house remodel project, and set the project on a the course and successfully took us to the finish line with excellent results. Daniel Ribas, the owner, took a look at my project this afternoon. We need the old metal chimney pipe removed, and the resulting hole in the roof patched. Daniel showed up when he said he would, and promptly got up on the roof to take a look. Thankfully, Daniel also noticed that we had several cracked tiles, and that the flashings on our roof pipes were badly rusted. He documented all the problems with numerous photos so that I could see what he had observed, and informed me what was needed to correct all of the problems. We are looking for a remodel of our house and just took a tour of a Paso Robles home that Ribas worked on. The quality was absolutely gorgeous. I was really impressed with his attention to details.
