My neighbors hired this company to re-roof their home. The roofers constantly trespassed on my property, leaned against my home during breaks,
Left cigarate-filled cups on my property, ran a loud generator for 7+ hours just inches from my window, left roofing material in both ny side and rear yard.
To make matters worse, I noticed that after the left, my newly installed gutters were heavily littered with roofing shingles, nails, debris. I called the company to voice my concerns and offer them the chance to rectify the issues. It's been over a week and they have failed to return my calls.
I resorted to cleaning all of the debris from my gutter and home. When you hire a contractor it's not only important that they respect your property but as any person of integrity and ethics knows, they should respect your neighbors property as well.
As a result of the company's sloppiness and failure to respond, I would never recommend them.

This was after a hurricane and all roofers were very busy but I didn't have to wait as long as my neighbors. The bill came in higher than what the insurance company would give me but Rhine adjusted the bill so I didn't have to pay more. They did a great job and even worked with my roofmate who did his own repairs.

Do Not hire this company! We worked with Marc Boutilier to get our roof fixed. He never contacted us for any updates on our insurance status, he avoided phone calls when tried to get ahold of him and he was rude! We were waiting for 3 months, nobody ever came by the house to put tarp on our roof. Our insurance never contacted us regarding their company. We don't even know if they ever did anything to help us get our roof fixed! All I know is that they are not a company I would EVER recommend to anybody!

Unless you want a headache and still have a leaky roof then go ahead!

Our experience with this company has resulted in a wasted 4 months in getting a new roof (from date of estimate to cancellation of contract), something that is desperately needed, as we have had some water coming into our home--a fact that our insurance company as well as photos can attest to.

Once Rhyne Restoration received our hefty deposit, communication broke down, and we had to contact them repeatedly to attempt to get any information about our re-roofing project. When the company could not honor what they promised regarding materials, I asked the production manager if someone could come out and show us the materials that would be used in place of what we ordered. His response was something like, ""You expect us to drive all the way out there?"" and he then suggested that we cancel the contract if we were not happy with the changes. When I responded that we might take him up on that offer (to cancel), he hung up on me.

When we decided that evening to cancel the contract due to the behavior of the production manager (in addition to the communication issues), we heard from the owner and a person in the office who asked us to reconsider. The office rep promised to be our main contact, indicating that she would provide us with all the information we needed through the whole process (this same person was one of 3 people who later replied to questions such as, ""When is a crew coming out here?"" and ""What is going on?"" with the response of ""I don't know."")

The owner had materials delivered the following week and promised that the job would start the next day. No one showed. No one called. We called and were told that the job would start the following day. No one showed. No one called. We were then told that the job would start on a Monday. Monday came and went. The office fed us the line that the owner had been away for 5 days at a funeral. Not only had they not mentioned this during previous calls in that time period, but I know plenty of presidents and CEOs of companies who, no matter the circumstances, stay in contact with their businesses so that things continue to operate seamlessly when they are gone. And you do have to question a business that cannot seem to function when the owner is (supposedly) out of town.

The owner then told us that the job would start three days later. That morning, again, no one showed and no one called. We were met with sheer confusion and no answers that melted down into rudeness when we attempted to find out if work on our roof would indeed start that day. In part due to communication totally breaking down at that point, we decided to see our attorney that afternoon.

The reaction of Rhyne Restoration was less than professional--with the owner yelling that he operates a $30 million business (according to BuildZoom, the reported typical size of their permits is approximately $9,426 and they filed fewer than 500 over the past four years, so that is another of many questionable statements made)--but they did return our deposit once our attorney got involved.

Meanwhile, roofing materials continued to take up a large section of our driveway--making it very difficult to get in and out of our garage--as neighbors began questioning what was going on at our property (we have an HOA).

Finally: During one call to this company, the production manager thought I was another customer, and he said to ""that customer"" that he ""honestly can't find a crew that wants to do the job.""

We can only assume this was the issue with our project as well, as Rhyne apparently contracts out its work. We just wish that the company had simply been honest with us rather than stringing us along, as each week that our roof is not repaired, the threat of water intrusion increases. It is also such a shame that someone brags about a so-called $30 million business and seems to have little or no concern over the fact that he is dealing with the welfare of people's HOMES and personal belongings. It makes you wonder how quickly his own roof would be repaired if damaged--would he wait four months?

If Rhyne spent as much time and effort on the front-end with customers as they do on the back-end, attempting to recover what they've lost, they would likely experience even more success.

Horrible experience with this company, Damaged Gutters, left Shingle bags shoved in gutters and thrown around my yard. No cleanup was ever done. I was NEVER informed the roof was ever finished other than they just stopped showing up and working on it. A month later I got a demand for Payment. This was an insurance claim so no pay would be given until I inform the insurance company, so you think they would inform me. Anyways the Sales associate Anna has threatened to put a lean on my home because she ""Accidently"" messed up my paperwork and put me as a ""Cash"" buyer instead of an insurance claim so she said I need to hurry up and pay. I have asked for the owner to contact me and have yet to receive any call from him and I even wrote him on Facebook to reach out but still nothing. They just expect me to take a a loss on the damage they caused and do nothing but say take some money off for the gutters. I don't know what gutters cost, why is it on me to replace them? I'm not a roofer and I'm not the one who hired inexperienced roofers to do the job. Now Anna is threatening me again with past duepayment but little does she know until I get an actual call from the owner to apologize for the damage they caused to my home and for the disrespect Anna has given me and a final inspection and a handshake thanking me for my business they can talk to a lawyer because I have documents and pictures showing the business negligence and the blackmail by Anna. Oh also I asked for peel and stick and not the felt they were going to install, I got 2 different answers on to what they actually installed but not only that I was waiting for an estimate and never received one until I got a bill a month after install with a discount for the damaged gutters. Who is to say they aren't cheating me on the peel and stick or over charging me to cover for the gutters they damaged. Please review pictures they consider this completed and inspected and tell me it's ""Warranty"" work

Andrew with rhyne restoration was great to deal with before the project. Even during the post Irma craziness they we able to get to our house to complete the job within 3 weeks of calling them. Completed the job in one day. Much faster than my neighbors companies.

Only complaints were that they left some debris on top of my pool screen and I had to drive to lake Nona to bring them the check rather than letting me mail it in or giving it with one of their construction crew.

Talked to their office Friday morning . They told me that someone would get back with me within 24 hours, as they would be working through the weekend and up to Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, that has not happened. going on 5 days later, still haven't heard from them. I guess they don't need my business, but after reading reviews on several other sites, plus this one, I am glad now that they never responded.

This firm put a roof on my home several months before Hurricane Irma. Half the roof literally blew off. No other people in the neighborhood lost their roof.
The firm responded that they would put another roof on but charge me full price. They would not stand by their previous work.
They are a horrible firm. Positively no integrity.
