Having Problems!!!!

Water collected behind the paint after they replaced the soffit and facia. Now the wood is rotting and I am being told by Hermann their repair person, Kevin Mamhatt says I am responsible for labor!!!
To fix rotted rotten wood behind their ""never paint again product"" and they replaced the wood!!!!

Office phone - no one answers or calls you back.
Hermann cursed me on the phone - told me to hire people and to **uck Off!

WOW!!!! I have been trying to get this resolved since AUGUST 2024!!!!!

Any Pro Bono Attorneys out there?

So we had our stucco painted by RhinoShield Mid south earlier in the Month. As you can see the hairline cracks they filled in so wide are now very visible. I'm Very very disappointed they have NOT called me back to schedule a way to minimize this! I DO NOT RECOMMEND them painting your Stucco especially if they are filling in hairline cracks! They did NOT inform me this could happen because if they had I would NOT have used them. Go elsewhere!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company! Be warned that they do not provide an onsite supervisor employed by the company. I had to call the company and request that the Project Manager come inspect what the painter was doing (not pressure washing areas to be painted, not protecting areas from paint splatter, not properly caulking areas, not properly preparing surfaces before painting, not painting areas that were supposed to be painted). After I finally got this straightened out, the nightmare began with the staining of our decks and stairs. They refused to apply the stain in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (requires a 2nd coat and it must be applied ""wet on wet"". It is blotchy and looks terrible! It has shiny areas where they didn't brush over the stain as it was being applied. They tried to stain between the boards but AFTER the stain was applied and dried. This resulted in a 2nd coat but only on the edges of the boards making it looked striped! I spoke to the Project Manager and tried to get them to apply a second coat (the manufacturer's instructions say a second coat must be applied) but they said my contract said only one coat of stain is applied. That is NOT in my contract and they admitted that and tried to get me to ""split the cost of the 2nd coat"". Stay away from them! They are difficult to work with, do not inspect the work of their contractors (leave that up to the homeowner) and do not make their mistakes right.
