Let me just say we've never had actual work done by this company so this is more of a review on the customer service we received from this company. We called this company to come and give us an estimate on my mom's house. The gentleman was told on the phone the kind of work that we were needing. He did arrive promptly and listened to the projects we were interested in. As we told him over the phone our primary concern was patching, stucco and painting of her home followed by the roof. He didn't bring a ladder to even look at the roof. It almost seemed to us that he wasn't interested in the other projects we TOLD him over the phone we were primarily interested in. He told us he'd call or email a quote that is yet to come and that was over a week ago. Very unprofessional. If you are told over the phone what kind of work we are looking to do and that is not your line of work then why accept to come and offer an estimate. If replacing the roof is something we are interested in then why wouldn't you bring a ladder to inspect it. We told him the roof would be the second project so maybe he wasn't interested in inspecting it now even though we told him we would like an estimate too, just to see what we were looking at, financially. Do what you say you are going to do...that is your word and a reflection of your work ethic. I wouldn't do business with a company that can't be bothered to even respond to the initial quote and now that I know they are not BBB registered, even more reason not to.

Excellent service, great communication. Professional workmanship. We are happy we chose Rhino Roofing. The crew was amazingly organized and clean. When finished they left our yard looking clean. Completed the job in a timely manner and helped with the whole insurance process. Highly recommend.

I could tell from our first conversation that Juan (the owner) was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He showed up when he said he was going and provided me receipts for all the products he purchased. He took me up to the roof and showed me the multiple cracks and explained to me different options for fixing the leaks- we ended up selecting silicon. He was very honest with everything he did and took time to explain exactly what needed to be done to fix our leaking roof. We highly recommend him for anyone that wants their roof fixed at a fair price.
