Several years ago RH Roofing replaced the underlayment on my roof and did a great job. However, a small leak formed in the master bedroom and I called Raphael the owner to check it. Raphael was very responsive and sent a crew to my house to evaluate the problem. The crew discovered a crack in the underlayment paper and replaced it immediately and didn't charge me! It was so refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their work. And the crew was fantastic, lead by Alberto. He climbed up to the roof, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it in no time!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly as well. I couldn't be happier with the response I got from RH Roofing and would highly recommend them if you are re-roofing or need a roof repair. This company guarantees their work which is rare these days! Give RH Roofing a call for all your roofing needs.

Rafael and crew did an amazing job on our tile roof. The tiles took a bit of time to get in since I wanted to make sure they matched our 1934 home but that was not his fault. He even connected me to the tile company to ease my mind. I would highly recommend Rafael and crew for your job!

I called in for a quote and they came by the same day. Very great service. I had no issues with them.

They helped me with everything and did not have to do much on my end. The roofer would call me to let me know when the inspections were scheduled and let me know ahead of time when I needed to make a payment.

Even after the completion, they came by and made sure my place was cleaned up. I recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

I highly recommend them. The job quality and price were very competitive. The only drawback is their weak communication; you have to ask them several times for updates. For example, they don't show up, and they don't keep you updated.

Please DO NOT hire Rafael Henriquez. I hired him 2/1/23 to remove my old roof and install a new one. He removed my old roof and then disappeared leaving my roof completely exposed from 2/5-2/10. I called him and he said he was waiting for the city's permission. Rain was in the forecast for 2/10-2/11 so I panicked and he finally sent a few men to put a thin sheet. He then disappeared and again left my roof exposed with simply the thin sheet from February 11-Feb. 25. We had heavy rain between Feb. 23-25. I kept calling him to maybe add a tarp because the wind had blown most of the thin sheet. Sure enough, water spots began to appear all over inside my ceiling and the garage. I kept texting and calling. He kept saying that it was ok and the water spots could easily be dried and painted over. I was so stressed. Finally he came and to check the damages. He insisted that he can easily fix it. He went into my attic and removed the insulation he claims was wet. Then he said he was going to begin installing the roof the next day 2/26/23 without the approval of city. Of course I agreed because I was in a panic about all the damage. His crew came and installed and then said that he would send his uncle to paint. He never came. He also did not fix the damage in the garage. Then April 14, the roof began to leak in the garage. I called him and he gave me the run around. He agreed to come and check it out on Sat 2/15 before noon. He didn't show so I called him at 1:00. He had forgotten and then rudely said he would send some guys. Noone came. My ex-husband seeing how distraught I was called Rafael and gave him a piece of his mind. He used fowl language and threatened Rafael to report him to the licensing board. Rafael immediately called me to tell me that he didn't appreciate my ex-husband telling him off and all of a sudden was nice and attentive. He came the next day, found the leak. He said he ""FIX"" the leak. I told him I would be contacting his insurance and he got really worked up. Anyways, he left and when I saw the Mickey Mouse patched up job he did, I called him and he said he would come back to fix. I am currently working with his insurance and you bet I am reporting him to the licensing board and the BBB. This was a nightmare. I would never wish this on my worse enemy. DON'T HIRE RAFAEL HENRIQUEZ.

I went with RH Roofing because it was listed on Tesla's roofing contractor list.
It was needed to have a section of my tile roof be reroofed with asphalt shingles so that Tesla could lay their solar panels down. After Tesla laid the solar panels, the city inspector came out and said that the reroof was never got signed off and so he would not approve to have the solar system turned on. Here are my notes and observations on this process:
1. Communication with Rafael can be very difficult: You can call Rafael (the owner) and he does answer calls but there would be no feedback whatsoever after the calls, many times that my requests didn't get processed.
2. It can be very long before RH Roofing gets it done: I have another contract signed with RH Roofing in August 2022 for fascia replacement and up to date they still don't have it on schedule to replace the fascial (Summerwood St)

Rafael, I hope that you can take care of the issues with the projects on Ora St and Summerwood St soon. I will be happy re-rate this post after everything is done. I hope that I won't have to ask Tesla to remove RH Roofing from the Tesla's roofing contractor list.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They DO NOT stand by their work. When the roof has a leak they to blame it on someone else. We had RH Roofing replace our roof about 2 years ago. A year after we had some gnarly rains and we had a terrible leak into our downstairs bathroom. We called RH Roofing to come out and fix the leak. They were completely unresponsive and would not return our phone calls. So my husband left a nasty review. Finally, they call us back and tell us they will come out and take a look but, ONLY AFTER we take down our negative review. So we did. They came out and blamed it on the solar panels (which are NOWHERE near the area with the leak). We then called Tesla to come check it out. Tesla said it's definitely NOT the panels. It's the roof. So we called RH Roofing again. No response at all. I finally crawled through the attic, myself and found a lot of water damaged wood, mold and mildew in the exact spot we have water leaking into our bathroom when it rains. Not only that but they also left a hole in our roof completely open to the outside with a lot more water damaged and molded wood. Terrible workmanship, terrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Hired, RH Roofing to reroof my house in Lakewood, we had a written contract with all the payment scheduled written. After receiving the first payment they never showed up to start the work as promised, after repeated phone calls and text messages finally they started the work a week later, owner was never on the job to check on his employees, they did a very substandard work, cut all the drip edge metal around rain gutter clamps making it useless to take water away from Facia board, never installed underpayment on flat portion of roof. On last day his employees would not leave till we gave them the final payment, now since they have been paid in full.
After related attempts for last 3 months and several broken promises , they refuse to come back to finish the job.
