Hired, RH Roofing to reroof my house in Lakewood, we had a written contract with all the payment scheduled written. After receiving the first payment they never showed up to start the work as promised, after repeated phone calls and text messages finally they started the work a week later, owner was never on the job to check on his employees, they did a very substandard work, cut all the drip edge metal around rain gutter clamps making it useless to take water away from Facia board, never installed underpayment on flat portion of roof. On last day his employees would not leave till we gave them the final payment, now since they have been paid in full.
After related attempts for last 3 months and several broken promises , they refuse to come back to finish the job.

Awful! They misdiagnosed the issue, pretended to fix it and when the leak started right back up made appointments to come and stood us up, didn't return calls, texts and wouldn't pick up phone. No professionalism. WORST ever!

Thanks again to RH Roofing's Rafael for coming back to the property to fix two ridge ends that needed to be adjusted for aesthetic reasons. The need for adjustment was only to satisfy my perspective of the ridge line, not because it was defective work by RH Roofing. Rafael had a great attitude in in accommodating me and made a special trip to adjust the ridge to my liking-------------and offered to do it gratis.

Thanks Rafael-------both you and your crew are the best!! The roof looks GREAT !!!

Complete re-roof in 3 days with ""cool"" shingles. They were a Tesla Solar subcontractor.
July 1st came out and removed the old roof.
July 2 after the inspector came, started on the new roof.
July 3, completed the roof. Clean and competent job.
Could not ask for more. Good crew , great workmanship and fast installation.

I had my roof completely refurbished with new felt paper and replacement of all broken tiles in 2012 by Rafael Henriquez (his company was a different name and under a different license number, but contact information is the same). He warranted his work for 20 years and labor for 10. With all the rain this year, I have had numerous leaks in my roof only 7 years after his work was complete. After contacting Rafael, he had his guys come out and proceed to tell me that the leaks were not his fault. I know a little about construction and roofing, and I assure you, what I saw was extremely poor workmanship and in a couple cause, the felt and flange mounting was simply installed wrong. There is no doubt it was Rafael's responsibility. Over the last two months, Rafael has committed to come to my house to make the needed repairs twice and both times he has failed to show up and now he will no longer take my calls. I am now working with another roofer and the work to repair everything will cost me to over $4000. I strongly suggest you look for a different roofer, RH Roofing does very poor workmanship and has failed to honor their warrantee. I will be submitting all this to the contractors state license board and taking them to small claims court to try to get some of my money back.

Each has been done with pride. They are clean and courteous. The roofs have been very competitively priced too. Rafael, the owner is very responsive and knows his trade. Rafael and his crew do quality work at unbeatable prices. We ended up using the Presidential Shake TL product by CertainTeed and we couldn't be happier. Easy to work with him and his crew. Good communication. Finished in 6 days as estimated. They were even able to do blow-in insulation while the roof was off. I would definitely recommended them. Give them a chance to quote your project, you won't be disappointed.
