From start to finish RGS Solutions was there to guide me through the process of my roof replacement. There are SO many of these companies to choose from, I carefully researched and asked many neighbors who were getting new roofs and only paying their deductibles. Hands down the majority were with RGS because they have the most experienced professionals handling claims with the insurance companies, and that was critical. It was a long process for us, but I did not have to do anything, they handled it all and were very transparent with my questions and concerns. In the end, patience afforded me with a NEW roof at the cost of my wind deductible! I even shopped for a new insurance policy and saved money there too. So worth the wait!
