I had an area on my flat roof that was rotted where water had entered along the rain gutter. Rod came out and went over with me all the steps they would do to repair. This involved removing a section of the roof and deck and damaged rafters and replacing/reinforcing. Then new decking and roofing. Also replaced damaged wood soffit and overhang. He also spotted an area of soffit further down to replace. Also would paint all replaced wood if I wanted - I just needed to get matching paint. They came in the morning and had everything completed mid-afternoon, including painting. Sent me pictures of the damage with roof removed, and at every stage of the repair. You could tell his crew were very experienced and got a big job completed, looking great, in a short time. Pleasure to work with Rod and his crew and I would highly recommend them. I liked the idea of a company that specializes on repairing roofs, not replacing. The companies that re-roof often look at repair only jobs as an inconvenience since it is not as profitable as a re-roof. Rod and his employees were communicative and punctual. The company has been
