Will came out the same day we saw signs of damage on our roof. The following day his crew came and repaired our roof between storms to make sure we didn't get any more interior damage. His quote was more affordable than another local competitor, but I never felt like we were missing out on anything! As they worked, they took pictures of problems they discovered and sent them to both my husband and myself. He also gave me tips on how I could repair the interior cosmetic damage without needing a contractor. My neighbor complimented the crew's professionalism as they completed the work on my home. Will also followed up with me a few days after the job to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. I recommend Reynolds Roofing and will call them again without hesitation if I need roofing work done in the future.

William fought hard with the good finger (hands) folks to get my mom's roof covered after several attemps of making a claim after a hail storm.
Then he followed through with a timely, tidy and top notch roof replacement. I am very picky on giving out more than 3 stars, so they went beyond expectations to rate my 5 stars. They also did a few repairs to the existing gutters that turned out well.

I wish I could tell you how awesome they were but they never showed. In reading reviews about roofing companies why does there seem to be a lot of the same complaint of no call/no show???

I called, spoke with William, he was very nice and knowledgeable on the phone and we made an appointment. I called to confirm the appointment and left a voicemail. I never received a call back nor did anyone from the company show up to fix my roof.

Its basic professional courtesy people, please, if you are to busy or don't want the job stop saying yes...Just say thank you but no thank you and people will move on.

William came out and not only resealed the vents, but inspected my entire roof and made the necessary repairs to ensure that the new buyers would be worry free. I had some small repairs that needed to be done - sealing the flashing, vents, and a couple of missing shingles. I called 3 companies and William gave me an immediate estimate (that was very reasonable) and was there 2 days later to complete the work. The other 2 companies agreed to drive by and give me an estimate but I never heard from either of them. When William couldn't reach me to confirm that I wanted the work done, he personally drove to my house to confirm.

Originally called Reynolds for a roof leak. Not only did the fix that, they also replaced some shingles that were not of good quality with better ones. They warranty their work and everything was done in a professional manner.
