William responded within hours to check out a leak in our roof. They were upfront on our options and costs pending the inspection and as soon as the leak was identified the repairman got to work. The repair was quick and solid and he inspected all the seals on the rest of our vents. It doesn't get much better than this.

I had come home from vacation to find some leaks in my roof, and decided to bid out a roofing repair. Within an hour of sending out requests, William had called, and came out to look at the damage and write a quote that afternoon.

The quote (to fix 3 separate leaks and replace some damaged decking) was very reasonable, and they were out the next day to finish the repairs. He pointed out the areas that were fixed, as well as some trouble spots to watch out for down the road.

The repairs have held up very well, and I will certainly give them my first call when I prepare to do a scheduled replacement in the near future.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. William came out and did a thorough inspection to give us the exact diagnosis. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done and did not try to sell us anything unnecessary. They were fast and reliable and we have had no issues since. I am giving this company 3 stars instead of 2 because they did a great job repairing my roof in February, 2016. However, earlier this month I was needing another roof repair (unrelated to the repair in February), in order to close on my house. I am currently living in another state and decided to call Reynolds Roofing. I was given an estimate but was completely blown off when I tried to schedule service. Paul was the person who gave me the estimate and well aware that I was needing this repair done in order to close on my home at the end of the month. Me and my agent called for over a week and Paul never got back to me. I have absolutely no problem if a company is busy and unable to provide service. However, have the decency to call or email this; do not just leave someone hanging. I ended up using another roofing company who came through for me and did exactly what they said they would do. Take a look at other reviews; I am not the first person with this issue.

I live in California and have a rental property in Texas so I wasn't aware of how bad the weather conditions are. My tenant notified me 2 months ago that there was a leak after what seems like the worst weather in a decade. I was frantically searching and calling every roofing company in town to come out to take a look at my roof. It was so tough to get a roofer to come out to give me a quote at a time when everyone was having roof problems. A few roofing companies neglected to come out because they thought it was a small job and it wasn't worth their time. I was able to get one roofing company to send out their salesman but I never received a quote and had a hard time getting in touch with him.

I decided to call Reynolds Roofing base on a few of the reviews and I received a call back within 30 mins! I told Klint my situation and was ecstatic when he agreed to come out the next day to look at my roof! He took pictures of the damaged areas and notified me that I actually needed to replace my whole roof due to wind damage! I have never filed a claim with the insurance company before and he explained the steps and walked me through the process. He even met with my insurance adjuster to show him the damages, which helped out a lot with the claim. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally got news that my insurance was going to pay for my roof! Klint was able to put on a new roof in just 1 day! Throughout this process Klint always returned my phone calls promptly and is very professional and friendly! He is the best and I highly recommend Klint if you have any roof issues.

If you are looking to purchase a reroofing job stay away from this company. Prior to calling this company,I researched the materials to install a GAF roof. I called Reynolds to come out to give me a quote. I was very specific in the products that I wanted to use.The company came out to review my job. I was email a quote several days later for the job with only the price. Exact quote this is a proposal includes all the GAF products that we talked about with system plus warranty. Me being the detail person I am, I email Klint back with detail of our prior conversation of the products I wanted to use in detail the name of all the products. After speaking with him later he had amnesia of the products I told him that I wanted to used. I called the owner to express my dissatisfaction with the entire experience but I have not spoken with him. Make sure that you get the contract in writing prior to the representative leaving because you may not get the items that you have requested for the job. L.T.

Called Reynold's Roofing after the first company i called told me it would be 3 weeks before they could even come out. When I called Reynolds they took my info and I received a call back within 30 mins. Klint came out and was professional and immediately pointed out a few problems after looking at the roof that was causing the leaks. Klint was personable and extremely thorough. It's since rained and no leaks!

I had them come out and repair a leak. The leak was not repaired. They came out several times and the leak still was not repaired. I thought the leak was finally fixed but was unsure because the sheet rock continued to feel damp. Well I finally repaired the water damage in the ceiling and guess what? The water is still leaking and creating ceiling damage in the same exact spot. I feel so ripped off of my money and time.

Called them to do some work on my roof. They said they would get back to me and schedule a time to do the work. Never heard back from them. Called another local roofer, came out, gave me an estimate, and did the work. Leaks are fixed.
