I got a letter from Revival Roofing and Solar saying they were doing roof replacements in my neighborhood and had noticed shingle damage on my roof from a hail storm back in October. Many of my neighbors got the same letter.

Being skeptical, I had an independent third party roof inspection done who confirmed there was no problem with my roof and it was in good condition, it was obviously a ploy so they could come out and see if I qualified for a new roof with the insurance covering it, no doubt with AOB.

I would never do business with a company like this that uses underhand and unprofessional tactics to get new business.

Let me start by telling you how amazing Revival roofing and Solar truly is !
My claim was denied by my insurance, it took about 3 months, 100's of calls from Revival . Scot Rounds never gave up, the insurance kept claiming that it was a repair job only but Scot knew that it was more that what they claimed. He kept calling the adjuster and finally after sending pictures, video of the damage it got approved, also kept me informed. Nick Ludovici and his team came installed the shingles they did it in 2 days. Nick Ludovici mentioned to me that he's been doing this for years and it shows my roof is amazing, well is been almost a year now my roof was done, we had plenty of storms no leaks.
My neighbors also got their roof done by them. Soon I will be calling Scot so he can tell me more about Solar.
Thank you guys for your help I have a brand new roof thanks to you !!!!!

As a woman who works in construction, I would highly suggest hiring a company with more experience in construction, customer service, communication, and respect. There are numerous issues with this company, a few of which are listed below.
1) The owner of the company tried to bribe me with $500 to not leave a review of my experiences. I choose Revival Roofing because of the positive reviews online not realizing that there are just as many negative ones, they're just being paid to keep their experiences off the internet.

2) Unclear and unprofessional communication. I literally had to block the owner of the company after asking him multiple times to stop harassing me with a multitude of aggressive and inappropriate calls and texts. They didn't bring materials on the day they said, collect money on the agreed upon timeline, the owner even badmouthed his assistant in front of me instead of taking responsibility for the errors made by his employees.

3) They broke my gutters, fence, and even the heater. Didn't tell me about any of it. Then when I went to make them aware of the issues, the owner argued with me over the damage until I told him I had security footage. Then he still refused to fix the heater which only broke from the vibrations of them dropping things on my roof causing nails to penetrate so deep that the load was penetrated as was determined by a licensed electrician and HVAC specialist.

4) Unknowledgeable and doesn't take responsibility for mistakes. They misdiagnosed the cause of the waves in my roof as being rotten decking, even when I suggested it was leveling and told them the house was being leveled in the next few weeks. They insisted that it was fine to put the new roof on before. Then, when they discovered it was not decking after removing the shingles, they didn't call me, didn't send pictures, they simply put the new roof on without my consent neglecting the misdiagnoses and the contract which stated they would either repair the waves or tarp the roof after re-diagnosing so I can get it fixed. Instead they put the shingles on the roof knowing more repairs would need to be done that will comprise the new shingles.

5) They left my yard a mess with everything I had on the side of the house pulled into the front yard on my landscaping.

I understand that mistakes are made, especially with young companies. However, if I didn't have the knowledge, time, and resources to point out to them the errors that were made they never would have informed me or taken responsibility. When companies mess up, they need to own up to it, fix it, and keep it moving. Instead, the owner felt the need to speak and act completely out of line, then try to cover himself by bribing me. I would rather people know what they're getting into if they contact Revival Roofing.
