We had hail damage on the roof of our house couple years ago and we glad we contacted Reveles Roofing to get our roof replaced. Martin is very professional and trust worthy. He worked with the adjuster and insurance to make the process goes smoothly. His work crew arrived on time, did a great job, and also carefully cleaned up when done, which is important for me because my little kids like to play outside. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Reveles Roofing - owned by Martin Reveles! We hired Martin to replace our roofing that was damaged due to hail damage. Hail damaged our roof twice in one year; Travelers Insurance whom we've had for some time didn't want to pay because the first roofing company was a fly by night. Nor did they want to pay the remaining allowed funds from the 1st repair. And we were new to the process and didn't know what to expect or the process by which to follow. However, Reveles went over and beyond and served as the liaison and coordinator thru the entire process. He worked with the insurance company on our behalf and with their additional portion; our out of pocket was a minimum. After the work Reveles provided a great warranty on the work and his workers were all nice, friendly and curious. The job they performed was an excellent job.
I was truly impressed with how Martin Reveles, knew the industry and its process. He made the whole process easy and unintimidating and with working with a tight budget Martin, eased our concerns by making cost-saving recommendations. He broke it all down for us, clear in laymen's terms and his advice on everything from materials to color choices which we found really helpful. My husband and I are very happy with the choice we made and everything looks amazing! He was on site the majority of the time and was always available to patiently answer any of my questions throughout the whole process. He worked really hard to ensure our satisfaction by double-checking all the work personally and keeping us updated throughout. Martin seems to genuinely care about providing excellent service and earning customers' trust by delivering it. I enjoyed his enthusiastic, optimistic personality; he made what can all too often be a headache enjoyable in spite of the insurance hassle! An awesome company to work with.

I had my roof replaced last year due to a hail storm. Martin was very patient and helpful with the insurance. The roof was replaced in one day with no issues. Fast forward to last week. I noticed some shingles had lifted up a bit on the roof. I was not sure if it was due to the high winds we experienced to the recent storms. So I contacted Martin to see if he could send someone to inspect the roof. The very next day he came out himself and repaired the few shingles that were pulled back. It ended up being new damage from high winds. If you need your roof to be inspected, repaired, or replaced give Reveles a call. Their customer service and attention to detail puts them above the competition.
