Let me start off by saying (R&R)-Results Roofing is a #10 in my books.

Ryan Osterheldt $ Casey Smith took the extra steps to get this project going... came and inspected roof, marked all Hail damage took pictures to help me submit to my insurance company...
NOTE: This is the first time I have had to file a roof claim and wasn't sure how.. Ryan told me don't worry I'll walk you through it ,after several attempts

put tarps and plywood over everything in my yard... ""Here comes the crazy mess"".. This is not a sight for sore eyes ( LOL)... Old roof stripped and New roof installed all in less than a Day ... Crew cleaned up and you never knew they were there..
""Except one thing "" ............. .... .... We have a new Roof ..
To wrap it up Ryan took me around for final inspection.. noticing special custom touches that stand out over your competitors.. Great Job .....!!!!

I would absolutely rate a zero if I could. I thought I'd be ok since I personally knew someone that worked there. At first, everything was great. They were prompt, put all my fears at ease. They answered all my questions. They handled all the insurance stuff. That was until the insurance didn't cover total roof replacement. I was reassured this was common and you simply ask for a revaluation. When that didn't qualify for a total replacement, I was ghosted. None of the insurance paperwork was fully explained because they told me they would handle it all. They stopped responding entirely. Who does that? I was forced to call the insurance and ask what to do. They told me this was common!

I had some red flags though. When someone came to call in the paperwork, she had to leave suddenly because their manager wanted them at a different site that was a 'sure thing'. The manager was swearing and rude to the poor employee. She was then fully reassigned and I never saw her again.

Don't use them. I thought I'd surely get the whole roof replacement since it's leaking in multiple areas. You want to take the gamble if they'll actually fix it?

It's been over 2.5 months and still no change. I can only hope the tarps hold until another roofing company can fix it.

I called Richie and this was the first time I dealt with this company. I am fully satisfied with the service I received.

Richie was prompt, honest, friendly, and professional with his inspection results. I hope not, but I will definitely call him again for any roof related issues.

We had storm damage to our roof that was initially denied by our insurance. We changed insurance companies and these guys were referred by a close friend of our son. I absolutely am 100% impressed with their constant communication, follow-up, thoroughness of handling our claim. They were on site the entire time watching the crew to ensure they were doing everything right. Our original home builder took shortcuts which were uncovered and ultimately got a better roof than when our house was brand new. The dryer vent was done incorrectly and was a major fire hazard just waiting for a spark to ignite. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend them for any roofing job, period. Chase Montgomery and John are top notch.

Our roof was damaged by the hail storm in late April and Dustin and his team at Results Roofing exceeded my expectations. This would be the first time I've ever made an insurance claim on my roof in 13 years and I can tell you, I was nervous! I didn't know what to expect! Dusty, Rob and his team were exceptional, efficient and extremely professional. They walked me through the whole process, including a walk through of the entire premises. It was a smooth process from evaluation until it was completed and Dustin was there every step of the way. They even came by to ensure our build out went smoothly. The crew was amazing, on time, very attentive, covered our AC unit, and secured our patio belongings. The clean up was really thorough. The job was completed in one day! I was pretty impressed with the level of professionalism, communication and customer service they provided. Our new roof looks beautiful! Thanks so much for your help, but most importantly thanks for taking the stress off of us on dealing with our insurance provider! If you need a new roof, these our your guys!

Loved so many things about this roofing company. They are professional. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would complete it. They worked with my insurance company to make the claim as painless as possible. Carmen was on site inspecting all work and making sure that my koi pond was protected properly. They even protected our neighbors property as we have zero lot lines. If I could give them more stars I would. I highly recommend this company. I'm sorry but you get what you pay for, these guys that sell the roof have never been on a roof or worked on a roof in their life, all their ""workers"" are sub contractors... or a few guys with a truck. After doing research they run their business from a house not a business you do the math!!
