The day of the eclipse brought a very rough storm! Most of my neighbors have new roofs. I picked Restoration Roofing out of all the contractors knocking on my door! I'm so glad I did! Frankie Wheeler was very professional, answered all of my questions and did an amazing job replacing my roof and my garage door! They were prompt, and when fished cleaned up! I highly recommend using Restoration Roofing NTX for your next job!

We have been working with Chris Packett at Restoration Roofing since May after the epic hail storm we saw here in North Texas on April 28, 2021. Chris was recommended to me by neighbor who had worked with Chris on previous projects and sang his praises. I admit that I was intimidated by the process of getting a new roof installed - in addition to other repairs resulting from the hail storm. And, I admit that I was leery of contractors! I have encountered contractors who are total flakes, scammers, etc. But Chris has truly earned my trust!

My insurance company said I had over $30,000 in property damage. Chris made the process of getting everything restored an absolute breeze! He communicates so well and I knew what to expect every step of the way. He's reliable, flexible, extremely thorough in ensuring the repairs are done properly, and he listens and explains things well. Chris has even taken my phone calls on the weekends without ever making me feel that I bothered him.

Yesterday, Chris came out to install an AC unit cover and as he was about to leave, I showed him a spot on my house where soot had built up on the brick and mortar. I asked if he had any recommendations and Chris volunteered to remove the soot himself! He came out this morning with his personal pressure washer but couldn't get it to work. So he went to the store and bought the products he needed to remove the soot. Now my brick and mortar look as good as new. I couldn't believe how well he has served us! Chris truly went above and beyond for us. He truly is a gem!

We would absolutely recommend Restoration and will certainly use Chris for future projects down the line.

We contracted with Restoration Roofing NTX to replace our roof twice over the last 5 years after suffering severe hail damage. They were extremely professional, fast and great to work with for our needs, which included fence replacement, new gutters, screen repairs and fixing interior sheet rock that had sustained water damage.

They stripped the old roof and put on the new one with a better protective barrier and hail resistant shingles while doing a thorough clean up all in one day. We are very happy with the quality of work and how easy they have been to work with.

Restoration Roofing NTX was an absolute lifesaver. The owner, foreman and entire crew worked seamlessly to get our entire roof replaced in ONE DAY. The process of replacing a roof can be extreamly messy. This crew meticulously worked to ensure we didn't have any residual damage to landscaping, exterior lights or A/C units (which we had in the past with another roofing company). Had entire roof replaced, new gutters & screens in 4.5 days. Highly recommend this company!
