It is interesting that this company will reply to my dissatisfaction with their service here on a Google review when their reputation is at stake, but will not reply to texts or phone calls.

My ""point of contention"" is NOT that I couldn't get a roof inspection and repair for one price. If you will look back at our correspondence you will see that I am most upset that I was unable to get the representative from your company to return my messages or follow up with service. I have saved all of the text messages and would be happy to post them here if that is necessary to refresh your memory... Perhaps that will also show others who are reading the reviews that you are certainly more concerned with your reputation for future business than doing the right thing by the customer.

Regarding your car analogy to describe the inspection done on our roof. If I take my car into a shop and ask a mechanic to do a full inspection to let me know the condition and then get a report that it's in good condition, I am goin to have some concerns when I end up stranded on the side of the road the next time I drive it. I asked for a roof inspection from this company. A month goes by with me having to follow up repeatedly to get a date scheduled and after the inspection is complete I get an email with typed notes stating that the condition is ""GOOD"" (I have NEVER received a full inspection report on company letterhead accompanied with photos). The very next storm that comes through leaves behind a leaky roof. Who wouldn't question the quality of the inspection? Even more so considering the lack of professionalism by just returning messages to the customer? All interactions were sloppy, rushed and unprofessional and this led me to think that my inspection was given that same kind of attention. Much like the driver would go back to the mechanic with questions, I went back to the roofer with questions. However, the roofer became even more absent than before now that the money for the inspection was in hand.

** I can provide photos of all my text messages exchanged between Restoration Roofing and myself. I can also provide photos of the email sent reporting the condition of my roof per the inspection. This email did NOT contain an attached inspection report on company letterhead accompanied by photos. The email had very brief notes about the roof and a statement that the roof's condition is ""good."" It also had a message to the contractor further down that said ""Received - thank you, Buddy. If it's OK, remind me the next time I'm paying you on one of your jobs and I will add this one to it. Thank you, Edward."" This does not look like an organized or professional approach to handle business. This is how businesses that operate out of their garage handle business. That would possibly explain why the service provided was so substandard.

Restoration Roofing - You guys made several mistakes in the way you conducted business with me. Instead of spending your time on Google trying to clear your reputation, why don't you make it right with the customer you dropped the ball with? I haven't asked for handouts or discounts. My family just wanted fair, quality work completed. Perhaps you do good work with everyone else that leaves reviews, however, this was not the case with us. You guys tried to do a quick job and that became evident in the results. Customers need to be aware that if Restoration Roofing makes a mistake, they will not own it and make it right. RR, you can still make it right.

We are very happy customers! Restoration Roofing NTX did a great job on our new roof. We saw a post on our community Facebook page on Friday, spoke with Clayton that evening and he came to give us a quote the next day! Within days we had a brand new roof and zero issues. I went to work before they came and when I got home I never would have known they had been there, except for the seamless new roof, of course. We did hit a snag with the insurance company, but Clayton had it solved on his end before he even told us about it. Their rates are more than fair, I highly recommend this company!

The best quality, fastest, and most efficient, roofing job on my house ever and believe me I've had several roofs done over the years. The project manager, Brian Marin, was on sight 90% of the time to insure the work was done properly. Every step was explained in detail to include the confusing paper work that goes with working with insurance and mortgage companies. Text, phone calls, and emails are answered immediately. Awesome job on our roof!! Brian was the 4th company to come out and give us an estimate. Their prices were competitive and when we decided to go with them, he took care of all the insurance paperwork. It was stress free and so quick. New roof was up in 1 day. Brian always answered our calls and if he didn't, he'd call back right away. Great communication! It was such a smooth and easy transaction, it felt like everything was done in a blink of an eye. Brian Marin from Restoration Roofing was a breath of fresh air when it came to navigating insurance and replacing our roof. I contacted him about coming to take a look at our roof because we noticed we had a leak and he came the very next day to give us our FREE inspection! Brian met with the insurance adjustor FREE of charge on a Wednesday and told me we would have a new roof on by end of day the following Monday! Thats 5 days folks! Brian negociated with the insurance company and was able to get us the best possible outcome. We were overjoyed! The roofers arrived promptly Monday morning, completed the job and clean up in record time. We will most definitely use Brian again for our roofing needs and will recommend him to anyone in need of his services!
