Quoted me a price, i agreed and signed agreement. It took over 9 months for them to do the work. Once the work was complete, they billed my insurance company for ""extra work"", that was not approved or discussed with me. They told me quote ""the extra charges of $4300 were done for MY benefit, although not approved by me or insurance."" Ummm, no, i agreed ahead of time on price and scope of work. They have now put a lien on my house b/c I am not paying for additional work that i didn't authorize. Terrible customer service, to say the least. RB is out for your money, nothing else. They are not ethical and will charge you more than the agreed amount, so beware. My insurance company AND attorney told me they have no grounds for putting a lien on my house. They have ignored communications from me and my attorney in attempts to clear up and get lien removed.

This company sends out people to homes and completely ignores no soliciting signs. When asked why they still rang the door bell the employee stated it was his policy to bother the home owner anyway since it might lead to a sale.
