I don't have a leak. We need a roof replaced. She sounded tired not nice and didn't care about losing a customer. Like one of those people that say no when they really don't know the answer. They don't think that it will come back to haunt them, like somebody making a complaint.

While we did not end up hiring Resilient Roofing, I am still giving them good marks for their customer service. The sales guy who came to my home gave me the pitch and was very up front on the costs.

Also, for a free estimate, he was the most comprehensive of all the roofers I talked to (I talked to 10 roofers in San Diego), including taking multiple pictures of the roof and emailing me a report.

They're an Owens Corning roofer so if you were set on that brand, I'd recommend them.

From beginning to end, their service was impeccable! I just moved into my place in Clairemont and I had a hole in my roof- so I definitely needed a new one. I got a few quotes and decided to call Resilient based off of my realtor's suggestion. I actually got a hold of the owner, Seth, and he was SUPER thorough and walked me through everything. How long the project would take, how much mess there would be, the difference in shingles, the Low E Thermal lining, and the difference it would make on my home, etc.

I have to admit, they weren't the least expensive option, but they also weren't the most costly. I would say they were right in the middle. However, what made them stand out was their communication, their outstanding work, and the reputation they want to up hold.

I appreciated Seth's communication throughout and my roof look great! I was able to get ""cool"" shingles and added the Low E Thermal lining to help with that Clairemont heat, and so far so good! They also took out a ugly pole that was sticking out of my roof, and went above and beyond to rectify a tiny bit of damage to my ceiling (that would have happened with any roofing company).

Thanks for everything guys! I appreciate it!

The one thing I would say is to cover everything with that plastic they provide. Re-roofing is more messy than anticipated.

I had a number of leaks and many broken tiles and after noting their ratings called Resilient.They actually return calls and emails promptly and show up when they say they will!

Their president, Seth Larson inspected the roof and gave me a detailed report and suggested a number of options and I contracted with them.

The crew showed up as promised and completed the work ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job. They were industrious, well mannered and left the area clean after each day.

Couldn't have been more pleased.

It is very difficult to find a professional, responsive and honest roofing company in San Diego; however, Resilient Roofing is all three, plus some. My brother, who is also in the roofing business in VA), suggested this company after my husband and I already obtained multiple quotes on the replacement of both of our Duplex roofs. We knew we were going with this company the moment we were provided the quote.

If you are in the need for a new roof, you will find out sooner or later that even if a roofing business 'seems' legit, there is always one aspect that falls short. For example, multiple companies are unresponsive after providing a quote. Others would provide the quote verbally, and expect a counter acceptance immediately thereafter. On the flip side, neither my husband or myself felt ""pushed"" into taking an offer with Resilient, nor did we feel like we had to manage exceptions during the process itself.

After we scheduled initial walkthrough, the roofing consultant, Seth, gave us a thorough and detailed list of all the work required, and made any assumption or dependency very apparent to us. Mike, the production manager was extremely thorough on the job, and very responsive to every question that we had. It is hard to explain roofing terms/speak to people not in this industry, but Mike was patient in explaining every detail from start to finish. He even brought us up on the roof/sent us pictures of the old roofing structure to explain the job as it progressed.

The entire staff was very courteous and professional as well. Even our tenants noticed how good of a company this was (they later told us how, after the job was complete, the team cleaned up every piece of debris and make the area look better than beforehand). All in all, you can either do things the right way- or you will end up doing them over again- and we have full assurance that Resilient did not let our hopes down. Will be using them again for our next project on another unit in the near future.

We had a leak that was fixed twice by a previous contractor. Finally, we decided to call Resilient Roofing and they showed us where the water damage was coming from in two different spots.

They informed my wife and I on what needed to be done and why the previous shortcuts our other contractor took didn't fix the issue. Finally, we made it through this rainy year with ZERO issues and water damage.

Their attention to detail is second to none, and the new roof looks stunning! It was a pleasure working with their friendly team and I'm glad I decided to call them. Price was reasonable for the work done and we'll definitely be contacting them in the future for any roofing needs.

WOW! Talk about service. I got to know the owner over the phone because our project was a bit complicated. Seth, took his time to talk to us about our roof and helped me to understand the reasons behind his prices and services. We appreciate the works that was than by David, and of course not to forget Mike who always answer when we call and who finally get the job going, in addition the office person Darian that also answer the phone. Despite of the delay caused by the first person and in which I will not mention his name, the one that did the estimate who said that work will starts, and that was almost three weeks ago. This man David gets the job done! and we are very thankful and appreciative to all of them. I will never hesitate to refer Resilient Roofing to my friends and to anyone who might need roof repairs in the future. They are bunch of professional!
