Just had my roof done by Resilent Roofing and I can honestly say that we are completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. We called 4 roofing companies and they were the lowest by a good amount and Brad did an outstanding job explaining all our options and was always available to answer any follow up questions we had. The tear off crew (Orlando, Moyses, Glen and Roberto) did an outstanding job. During the installation process everyone involved were very timely and professional and did superior quality work. Thank you (Horlondo M, Roberto R, Glen R, Hector B, Hector A, Elibeit S, Jose M, Alvaro P and Jose G) for all your hard work! Thank you Amanda for bringing us the color samples after working hours and all your support throughout the project! I highly recommend Resilient Roofing to everyone. I give this place 1 star. They are liars . Don't believe the hype about no hidden charges. The don't communicate. Once they finish the wood work, they sent us a bill for almost $5000 on top of what we paid them. When they didn't get the money they didn't paint the edges. I guess that was pay back. Mike will come out and sell you a dream, then you find out they lied. I called the city compliance department to come out and inspect because they were pissed after they didn't get the extra money. The workers don't speak English, so that you can communicate. It was the worst home experience I have ever had. I will be reporting them to the BBB for their bad communication and practice. Use them at your own risk. I will add photos and all receipts once it's light outside

I was taken to small claims court by the owner because I chose to use a different contractor to replace my roof. The other contractor was more expensive but offered more guarantees and repairs.
The owner decided to sue me for 4,400$ for breach of contract for doing absolutely no work and we had not progressed to even picking out the colors of them. As a senior, I was shocked and upset for months.
Horrible customer service and sheer greed.

I wanted to write this review because I truly believe Resilient Roofing deserves this review. As with many homeowners, I was getting push back from my insurance company to renew my house insurance due to roof concerns. There were certain repairs that needed to be done and I only had 2 weeks to do the repairs. As such, I found Resilient Roofing online and called them. An appt to assess my roof was immediately scheduled. Brad, the roofing consultant, looked at my roof, made his recommendations, and kept in constant contact with me because I had lots of questions. In fact, my questions were always answered, I could either call him at anytime, or he would always call me back. Communication is very important to me, so this eased my anxiety. After I agreed for them to do the repairs, Amanda, the Production Mgr, contacted me. Amanda was so GREAT! She took the time to explain the process to me; gave me the names of the roofing supervisors (Arturo and Jose) who reassessed my roof before the repairs, and then scheduled a date. (FYI: Both Jose and Arturo took the time to introduced themselves, which was appreciated). Scheduling a date to do the repairs was extremely important because I literally only had 5 days to get the roof done before my insurance lapsed. Amanda was familiar with the insurance issues, so she totally understood my concerns and really listened to me. Fortunately, Amanda was able to work her magic, and scheduled the roof repairs within a day. Everything was completed on time. Amanda was also very patient, even after I called her a zillion times. The roofers did an amazing job! They did such an amazing job that I have already recommended Resilient Roofing to a friend, and I will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank You everyone at Resilient Roofing!

There were a few little hiccups along the way but overall we are very satisfied with the work they did. The crew was very hardworking and thorough.

I contacted Resilient Roofing after I saw the great job they did on a nearby residence. Alex immediately answered my call and performed an inspection to address a roof leak on a two story apartment building. I received a very reasonable estimate for repairs and proceeded with the work. I requested and received photos of all the work performed and the result was OUTSTANDING! I am hiring this company to perform additional work on another building because of the impressive work performance results.
