I met Brad Moser at the Better Business Bureau Torch Awards - an award event that celebrates ethics in business. I had about 30 tiles on my roof that were broken so I decided to hire them. His consultant Amanda Walters was patient with my questions and I felt confident in her advice. When the crew came to do the work, they worked efficiently and took pictures before and after. I didn't get his name but one of the roof technicians stopped me to let me know the job was finished and that he would leave a few tiles so I'd have them for any future issues. A heads' up...their pricing seemed to be on the higher side of the range but I still strongly recommend them as you get what you pay for and I feel like if there are any issues they will stand behind their work.

Resilient Roofing Review

When it comes to Seth and the team at Resilient Roofing, I can't say enough! It's rare in this world of construction but I can say that they far exceeded every hope and expectation we had for our home.

When we came to Resilient Roofing, a contractor had discovered some serious leaks in our roof, which resulted from a poor installation by the previous company. When he walked on our awning, it literally cracked through to the bottom and I was relieved he hadn't fallen through! (You can see the pictures). We were dismayed to say the least, and looking at several different very expensive quotes.

Not only did Resilient Roofing give us an incredible deal, but they surpassed all our hopes for the quality of work, as well as the kindness, and professionalism of their entire team. They finished the entire job in two days, and left not so much is a nail on our driveway. Pristine work (see pictures)!

From now on, when anyone needs any roofing work done, I am going to strongly push them towards Seth, and his team at Resilient Roofing. This is why their ratings are so consistently high. And my wife and I are their biggest fans now!

Seth has left a ton of voice mail messages, emails, and now has sent snail mail about my negative review. Stop. If we actually wanted to engage with you we would return your calls. My review is on my experience with your company, if people are badgered into changing their tune reviews would be pointless and entirely positive. I had a very negative experience with your company and this review is accurate.

At this point I've removed wet patch slathered shingles, the poorly integrated boots, replaced shingles, and stopped the leaks myself. This is what I wanted your company to do, but I did it myself and while I don't have a new roof I do have zero leaks. Again we scheduled to have you out to look at leaks and roof penetrations, not tell us we need a whole new roof despite the only leaks being for those obviously poorly done plumbing boots (which you guys didn't even mention). What I did not call about was to have my actual request ignored and to receive a two hour song and dance about a new roof wherein your sales people misrepresented the shape of the roof in general by showing me ""a piece of my roof"" that in no way was representative of the whole (let alone any section I could find while up there actively searching for similar).

Beware poor reviews of this company will lead to many contact attempts (Easily over 5 at this point?), and some of the changed reviews you're seeing may well be due to this.
