I cannot say enough good things about this company. Wyatt and Felipe are assets to Reset. I replace the aging cedar roof on my house and replaced it with asphalt shingles. I've had Wyatt price and re-price the work based on various parameters I kept on changing and he happily sent updated quotes each and every time without any fuss or making me feel guilty about the numerous changes. The work was easy to schedule and the crew arrived at 6:30 am as promised. They tarped the entire perimeter of my house to protect the bushes, plants and other items around the house. The entire removal and replacement took 1 day (they had planned for 2). Felipe sent frequent project updates throughout the day with links to aerial pictures of the progress. It was nice to see how the work was coming along.

The team was very accommodating given the unusual layout of my house (no access to the front of the house for their dumpster truck) so they had to carry debris up a pedestrian boardwalk and to their dumpster which wasn't ideal for efficiency.

The next day, I had a few items I wanted them to follow up with and they promptly arrived to do a walk through and correct (as a note, there was no issue with the work, there were cosmetic items).

I'm 100% happy with their work, their customer service, and team. I would highly recommend them.

This is my go-to roofing company. I've worked with Martin and Jay on several different roofing issues. They're both responsive and profesional. The crews that have worked on my roof do great work and always leave the job area spotless when they're done. Reset Roofing is the only company I'll call for my roofing needs!

Contacted Reset Roofing on 2/19/2020 to replace a torn shingle that was idenitifed during a house inspection for the sale of our home. Not only did Martin Shepard - owner - call me back within an hour but he was able to come out to the house and do the repair same day because he was in our area! It took about 30 minutes for the fix - which Martin did personally. He was a pleasure to talk with during the repair. Martin really got me out of a bind given how small our job was and how busy Reset Roofing is - similar to most roofing companies. His fee for the repair was extremely reasonable and I was very impressed with the customer service and can-do attitude. I highly recommend Reset Roofing.
