I had my roof replaced by Rescue Roofing on April 10, 2023. A heavy rain came through and my brand new roof leaked 3 days later. A representative from the company privately told me that there was no foreman on site at the time of this particular roof installation and it was done improperly. The owner agreed to replace the roof at no additional cost to me and included a silicone sealant as a layer of protection. It has continued to leak every few months in new locations. The owner refuses to acknowledge WHY a brand new roof continues to leak, yet makes excuses that it was due to hurricane damage (there was little rain during the recent hurricanes and no trees lie above this particular roof to cause damage). I would highly discourage any using this company for any roof replacements.

What a great company! RR replaced my 26 y.o. roof in Land O Lakes, FL with a beautiful new Owens Corning TruDef Designer color. Some things I noticed and also appreciated: Devon, my project manager, from beginning to end paid attention to everything and made sure the job was done well. From communication, info, fair pricing, quality of work and materials to very thorough cleanup and inspections, Devon took care of business with no fuss. Let's start with how we picked Rescue Roofing. I'm a Florida homeowner who lost their homeowners insurance because my roof was 21 years old. It wasn't an emergency like a leak or damage, but I needed a new roof if I wanted homeowners insurance. We took our time and had many roofing companies try their best to relieve us of lots of money. Here's where Steve Bagby from Rescue Roofing comes in. He was the 5th roofing salesperson to see us. I told him what I was looking for and he listened. LISTENED is a keyword. ( everyone else pretended they didn't hear and continued to waste my time and theirs) I never felt pressured and he never tried the 45 min sales pitch, that I already heard 4 times before. He never tried to sell me useless unneeded upgrades and stuff I didn't want. Steven was the only roofer who accepted my bid without moaning and telling me if they did the job for what i was asking they would go bankrupt. Steven was attentive, fair in pricing and I can say he will always call you back. Sometimes I think he has a twin, because he is on site, doing inspections, and there to answer questions even with a very picky customer (ME). Steven took the time to chat with us even after the roofing job was complete to make sure we were totally satisfied. The roof was completed, mostly in one day, just some minor tweaks were followed up by other Rescue Roofing team members. AWESOME JOB Steven and Team!
