We contacted rescue roofing as many roofers didn't know how to help us in this weird situation our previous owners of this house created a roof to make extra rooms in this house. Anyways, sam came and took a lot of pictures and he was explaining us what we needed to do to make our roof up to code. He let us know he will be sending us a quote in the next couple of days and it's been weeks guys... i been reaching out my text, by phone, by even YELP. And they only kept telling us Sam will give you a quote in a few days.... I don't appreciate that Sam took a lot of pictures of our house and made us feel like we were going to actually get help from this company to only be ghosted completely. We were really hoping to find a honest company to help us with our roof issue we been having for 3 years now. Thank you a lot for ghosting us Sam and Alex.

We told Saro to talk to his team about our house situation as again. WHY DID SAM TAKE A LOT OF PICTURES OF OUR HOUSE if in the end NO ONE in this company wanted to give us a quote since the first interaction... then the owner won't speak to his own team to get information. They called and texted me directly which I found very unprofessional as we no longer are interested with working with this company. The owner was very persistent to receive again the details of our home. So basically doing an on the phone estimate. We told him no, talk to your team and again gave us an excuse that he need the information from us. This just shows me that they care more about the reviews than the customer.

We had our bathroom remodeled over the summer and the contractor informed us that our roof was leaking into the attic from around the chimney. We called Rescue Roofing Construction based on their excellent Yelp reviews. James and Adam came out the following Tuesday and not only gave us a reasonable quote, but also explained in great detail what needed to be done and the impact the work would have. They originally said that it would take two to three days to complete the job, but they did it all in one day. Plus, they have a great warranty that they give with their work. Both James and Adam were very personable and professional., We will definitely hire them again for any future roof work that will need to be done. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Bought a 20 year old home with concrete roofing tiles. Needed the underlay checked (~20 year underlay lifespan), called rescue roofing. A next day appointment was able to be scheduled.

James and Allen from rescue roofing showed up on time. They were thorough and extremely helpful. They used a drone to examine the roof and climbed up in my attic, they gave my underlay a clean bill of health and told me to have it re examined every 3-5 years barring any leaks.

All of this was done free of charge. At 20 years old the underlay does need periodic examinations, and James and Allen gave me their honest opinions, that it's good for now and to periodically reevaluate.

I'll be calling Rescue Roofing in 3-5 years to reevaluate and I will definitely be getting a quote from them on this repair when the inevitable time does come.

I recently bought my house and the rain we had couple weeks ago I noticed a leak in the ceiling of the attached garage. I knew at that moment I needed help. I found Rescue Roofing on yelp. Read great reviews so I contacted them.

James (Foreman) came out to do a free inspection. Noticed that the roof was already 30 years old and parts of the house needed re-roofing. James was professional knowledgeable and their quote was reasonable as well. He walked me thru the process step by step. James visited my home a couple times to make sure project was going smoothly. He always available with any of questions.

The crew working on site were very respectful and did an excellent job with all the prep work and clean up. They took precautions to make sure my pool and landscaping was protected.

I would highly recommend Rescue Roofing to my family and friends.

We recently purchased a house and had some potential issues with some of our roof tiles and the area around our chimney. Alan from Rescue Roofing came out to do a free inspection, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and honest. He performed a thorough inspection, including checking the roof and taking aerial photos with a drone, as well as climbing into the attic to do an interior inspection. At the end of it all, he informed us that our only concern was the tiles themselves (which we can handle on our own), and that there were no signs of water damage and no major roof work was needed. We are very grateful to Alan and Rescue Roofers for their honesty and integrity, and the valuable information they were able to provide to us about our home. Plus, Alan was just generally courteous and nice to work with. When the day comes that we actually do need roofing work, we will 100% be going back to to Rescue Roofing.
