I cannot tell you what it means to finally talk to someone who is honest and not just going for the upsell. Now that I know what we need, can't wait until they get to work. I reached out to Rescue Roofing after discovering a leak in my bathroom. Within a couple days of the week, I had an inspection, a quote, and the leak fixed. I was familiar with R.R. through their ads. When I needed a quote on a new roof, I scheduled an inspection. Eddie came by, we went up on the roof and he explained the state of the roof and the options available to replace it. We chose the materials (high quality), the color and worked out the financial details.

After demolition (removal of shingles) was done, we discovered that the wood planks weren't in the best condition, old and too much space between the boards (house is over a hundred years old). I opted for OSB plywood to be installed over the planks, giving it a a sturdier foundation for the the shingles to be placed on . It's not an extra expense I wanted to make but one that was needed. The final result looks great. They did an awesome job!

The job took about 4 weeks from demolition to final inspection. The real work was done in 3-4 days, the rest was just waiting on the city inspectors.

Eddie always kept me in the loop during the process. He's friendly and answered any question I had. I highly recommend him and the company!

Too expensive, used drone instead of going up

Has a price guarantee that it's all inclusive but still 2x the price is hefty. I found other roofers that had the same final price guarantee but at more reasonable prices.

They were nice people, their prices were just outrageously high so we didn't use them.
