Rescue Roofing has done several roof repairs and new roof installations in our neighborhood. When we were looking for a quality roofing company to either repair or replace our leaking flat roof, we selected Rescue Roofing, which turned out to be an excellent choice on our part.

This winter we had a roof leak in one of our bathrooms. Tony was busy doing a roof repair but he came over the next day and thoroughly inspected our roof and vent pipes. He gave us a choice of either repairing the roof or replacing it, as well as replacing the vent pipes which were rusting. We chose to replace our roof and have a combination of copper and aluminum vent pipes installed along with the installation of copper gravel stops. The combination of copper and aluminum pipes gave us good protection at a reasonable cost. We signed a contract in early January, and Tony and his crew did the job when we had four sunny days in March. Given that we had to wait awhile before Tony could start the job because of the bad weather and his backlog, he promised to make temporary repairs at no cost if we had any leaks while we were waiting for him to start our job. Tony gave us a detailed list of the work to be done. The price was very reasonable, especially given the fact that he had to remove two layers of roofing material instead of just one layer, to get down to the bare wood.

One major reason that we were happy that we selected Rescue Roofing was the fact that Tony stayed on our job site, and, with his crew, he actually did the work, not just supervised it from another job site. He and his team were always on time and he was always available to answer our questions.

Tony and his team are professional, friendly, hard working and very efficient. They take pride in their work. They made the process effortless for us. Tony delivered what he promised. We got a quality new roof, vent pipes and copper gravel stops at a very reasonable cost. We are extremely pleased about the work that he did for us.

I've employed Rescue Roofing a few times now and Tony has always done excellent work at a fair price and has been very forthcoming with good advice. He replaced our roof about 10 years ago, did touch-up work after our solar installer left a few spots improperly sealed, and replaced a skylight that blew off in a storm. Most recently, I called him when we had leakage in our garage after heavy rains and I suspected a gutter might be clogged. He assured me the gutter was clear, but noticed cracks in our stucco front as he was ascending the ladder. Our stucco and plastering contractor is currently remedying the problem. Thanks, Tony.

Tony is an extremely dedicated, experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional. He has a level of commitment to his craft that is rare in any industry. He and his incredible crew did an amazing job on our roof. He diagnosed a variety of latent problems with our old roof and fixed them all at a competitive price, right on schedule. He worked alongside his crew throughout the 3-day install, meticulously overseeing every aspect of the work. On one occasion he realized his crew had forgotten to close a drain, so he drove back to our house at night and climbed on the roof to close it himself, even though we hadn't noticed and there was no rain that night. The guy is a perfectionist. He has 25+ years in the business and his entire crew seem equally experienced--an important consideration since installing torch-down roofing can be a fire risk. Tony is also a wonderful guy and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

When I lived in the area I had a roof leak I had an appointment setup for an estimate with Tony. He came by, assessed the situation and got me a quote within a couple of days. He explained very clearly what was going on and why things were leaking. The quote was very reasonable, in fact, so reasonable we ended up not getting other quotes.

He came out the day he was supposed to, did all the work, cleaned it all up, explained exactly what he did, and even got me up on the roof to doublecheck the work.

I asked him to give me a second quote not long after as the backside of our house was leaking. Over the phone he thought it was the flashing, and quoted me a price to replace it. I OK'd the work, but when he came out to inspect it in person, he said it was my stucco instead, and didn't ask me to pay a cent. He was absolutely right too -- I ended up getting that part of the house re-stuccoed and no more leaks.

If I ever live in the area again I'd definitely give Tony a call for roofing needs.

We've had to do a number of repairs to our home in the last year and Tony is hands down the most professional, courteous, transparent, and experienced service provider we've had the fortune of working with.

We had to deal with a leaky roof that had been worked on and allegedly repaired the previous year, at the start of the rainy season. Tony not only answered our call promptly, but came by to inspect and give a quote the very next day. A rather challenging feat given how backed up and busy roofers were at that point in time.
