Rescue Roofers recently did re-roofing work for my house's flat roof portion in the Newport Beach area. Price wise Rescue Roofers is average among other bids. Eric - (the owner) was very quick in sending out the inspector to check out the roof situation of my property in detail and the project proposal was out in two days for discussion. Once we reached a contract agreement, Carlos - (the company operation superintendent) came out to the property to finalize the scope of work with me and the actual work went through smoothly in about a week (which includes waiting time for city inspection). After heavy rain, I went up the roof to check it out to see if there were any problems and I found out that one pocket area stopped the water from flowing to the rain gutter. I called Carlos and he responded quickly. He came in the next day to check out the problem and offer me a solution. Three days later, he dispatched his experienced foreman - Jorge and crew Albert to implement the solution.

Rescue Roofers is a reliable, knowledgeable and a high quality roofer with very experienced staff and crew. Carlos (a man of integrity) is a straightforward and friendly guy whose dedication to best serve the customer is very apparent!

I highly recommend this company for anyone who is planning to do their roofing work.

We hired these people to do some repairs on our roof. I think they hire subcontractors as there is no communication between the sales reps and the workers. They put all the trash in the wrong bin even though they were told where to put it. The owner of the bin was upset and we offered to pay for an extra pick up. They replaced the sky lights with the wrong kind. Some of the skylights had a vent which will allows one to open them for air flow. We were told its their policy to do so. I am guessing its cheaper. They rectified the issue once we told we weren't going to pay the remainder of money owed. They replaced some of shingles with totally different color. They didn't even come close. We called they said they couldn't find the same color. I was able to find many places who had them in stock. They said they will replaces it when they get around to it. Photos were provided to us by them. Top of the roof in no big deal. What they didn't photograph was the edges where is visible from below. This is a rental property in real nice area. These people dealt with my dad who is 84. Thinking he is old and who won't say anything. They didn't count on his son to stand up to them. Spend a little more and hire someone else. ***Notice how all the 5 star reviews are written form on paragraphs. They do fake 5 star reviews much like they repair the roof SUB PAR.***

Rescue Roofer in Mission Viejo, CA was the last of several roofer's we called to consider bids for our roof replacement. We knew nothing about any of these contractors.

If you picture the perfect experience of a roofer working hard to fix the leaking roof of your home, this company was it for us.

They provided a completely courteous professional service at very reasonable price. A win, win.

I name George and Danny as first class roofers. Very knowledgeable and experienced. It was a challenge for both of them but, they persevered until they located the challenges and made proper repairs. I will have them replace my older room addition roof when the time comes.

There were multiple entry points in our roof where the critters were finding warm and happy places to burrow in our attic. We started with another roofer who used screens to cover the openings; however, the job they did was insufficient, haphazard and an eye sore.

Enter a second roof company-RESCUE ROOFER. Eric accurately identified all possible entry points and ensured that Jorge closed them all properly with both form and function being considered. Additionally, any and all of our broken tiles were repaired. We are VERY PLEASED with the work that was done and we recommend RESCUE ROOFER with confidence!

Called Rescue Roofer back in august of 2019 for a leak from the winter. Eric Enriquez was very quick to come out and sell this companies work. That's where it all went downhill. It took till January of 2020 for them to finally properly fix my roof leaks. Six visits to my home and two project managers and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They tried to shortcut the repair from the beginning of the job. I went on my roof to look at the work and was shocked at the way it was performed. Eric claimed my estimate was not written for the amount of flashing needed to correct the leak. Not my problem he wrote it wrong and short cut the repair. After the second visit I called to make payment even Eliza in the office could not find my info. She asked for it again. Again not my problem your company is unorganized. Consumer BEWARE!! This company and Eric will take you for a ride. Do Not Use Them.

Rescue Roofer replaced our roof, resealed our gutters and repaired our eaves which had extensive rot due to leaks between the old roof and gutter. As our rainy season is in full force I can confidently say our old leaks are a problem of the past. Huge thanks to Eric (sales/consulting), Carlos (operations) and Antonio (production supervisor).

We had a another roofing company that really screwed us over and we needed someone who could come in and fix what the other roofing company messed up and pronto.

From the very first time we met with Eric, we had a sense that he was a straight shooter. Eric told us exactly what we needed to do and was honest and straight forward.

Then when it came time for the work, Pat was there almost every day to manage the job. Rescue Roofer (Eric) was recommended to us by our real estate agent during escrow and we used them to perform the roof inspection during escrow. We found Eric incredibly honest. He said our roof was in great shape but he was able to identify some areas where the roof was leaking. With those fixes, the roof would have a long lifespan remaining.

The quote he provided was great. Price was very fair and we liked how he listed several different options we could choose to include or not include.
