Please hear me out, look at how this company treated me (uploading photos as evidence), and don't be deceived by their empty advertisement that they are ""ON-TIME"" or that they will stand by the word and do a good job. We called Rescue Roofer for an inspection. Eric Enriquez (the manager and head contractor) visited my house on Feb. 23. He seemed polite and knowledgeable. He initially quoted me $4,350, which was higher than other estimates I had received for the same project, but on Feb. 26, he agreed on $4,000 cash and scheduled me for the week of March 10 (see photo). A week later (March 5), he finally had his partner Mike send me the contract, but it had some different terms than what Eric and I had agreed to. When I pointed this out, Eric's only response (on Mar. 6) was that he suddenly became ""overwhelmed"" with roof-related emergency calls so he canceled my project and said he wouldn't do it until the **middle to end of April** due to the rainy weather. It was very clear that either Eric had gotten more profitable work or that I called his bluff on using different material when he sent the write-up and he wanted to back out of the deal for $4000. Either way, Eric was completely unprofessional and backed out of our agreement literally 4 days before March 10. In the meantime, I had cancelled my spot on another company's schedule relying on Eric and was left out of luck incurring more damage to my house. Contrary to their advertisement ""We're There When We Say"" they will back out of your contract the minute they find more profitable work or you catch them red handed trying to do a different work than you agreed. Eric's behavior was completely unfair, unethical, and frankly illegal for canceling our binding agreement. Save yourself the hassle and use a professional company.

We had Rescue Roofer perform a roof repair. The crew did not repair the correct parts of the roof and they had to come out again. Second, the quality of the repair in less than 8 months appears to need to be redone because the top coat has lots of ""bubbling"" and tears in it. Had some initial issues with lack of response, but Sarah and Eric eventually got back to us.

This company will be out of business very soon. Back in 2015, we were preparing for la nina. My flat roof was leaking in 5 or 6 spots. It was very hard to get anyone to even come out to estimate, in fact many told me they were 30 days out just to quote and 6 months to schedule. Nevertheless, i was able to get 3 estimates, one from Rescue Roofer. I told them that the roof puddles badly and water runs off the back. I was looking to slope it and add a leader/gutter in the back. He replaced all the wood under the roof and laid down a new roof. It now puddles very badly. In fact it looks like a lake as there is more water cover then bare roof. I had 2 neighbors knock on my door telling me how bad it is and their concern that it will collapse. I send them a text and they said the puddling is normal. Until today, they still have not intalled the leader and gutter. The water drips down the back and now the paint has peeled and there may be structural damage!
I would not let them anywhere near your roof.

I just had a roof on a house we were selling inspected and received a great quote that was fair and everyone was happy.
I highly recommend this company.
