We found a water stain on our ceiling. We called Rescue Roofer. He came out in New Years Eve. He fixed a year in the paper under a tile & replaced a broken tile. He didn't charge us for anything! We will definitely call him for any future repairs on our roof!

It turned out to be a minor flashing problem, and he simply fixed it right away (for free, as others have noted he sometimes does). We discovered that our roof was leaking during the big storm we had last week. We called Rescue Roofer and the owner, Tim Glass, came out to fix the leak. Tim was amazing! He fixed the leak at no charge since he was unable to guarantee his work. This totally took us by surprise. The last time our roof had a leak we called a different person and we were charged a fortune and the problem was not solved. Our expireience with Tim Glass was the complete opposite. Tim was thorough and friendly. We will be giving him a call when it comes time to replace our roof.

Tim the owner came out within an hour of me calling. Had just moved in and noticed a leak between my living room wall and my neighbor's garage. He came out and made a few repairs but didn't charge me beacuse he couldn't gaurantee it without taking the roof apart and wanted to try do some patch repair first to save me the expense of taking the roof apart. It appears he solved my leak issue.

After my husband had tried to fix our 1 pan leak, it became 3. I told him I would call someone. We called Rescue Roofer. Tim came out and did some patchwork in the areas he felt were causing the leak. When my husband asked how much, Tim told him he wouldn't charge if he cannot guarantee the work. Wow. After buying a house in the Lodi area, we had an issue with our gutters and roof. After procrastinating for awhile, we decided to get an estimate and called Tim Glass the owner of Rescue Roofer. During inspecting our gutters, Tim decided to go above and beyond and fix our gutter issue at no cost. He could have charged us to what appeared to be a quick and easy job, however, he decided not to. After the job was done, he also gave me advice on our roof so that we can prevent the same thing from happening in the future. He also informed me on several things of my roof while walking around on roof. I would recommend Rescue Roofer to any family who wants to deal with an honest company and owner. The customer service was exceptional.

After buying our first home here in Lodi, the house came with some extra roofing tiles, and we noticed that there was a bare spot on the roof that seemed to be unfinished. Having seen their standout company vehicles around town, (an ambulance and fire truck!) I pulled up their website http://4myleak.com and knew that they would be the perfect company to call. I called on Friday afternoon, and the owner Tim Glass came out the next morning on a Saturday. I showed him a photo, and Tim quickly pulled his ladder down to take a closer look. As soon as he got up on the roof, I was delighted to hear that not only did my roof not need repair, but was very relieved that it was in good condition. Tim not only gave me several recommendations, such as removing some of the tiles from the flat part of the roof, where they were unnecessary and would eventually lead to damage. Tim offered to help me remove the old tiles, by catching them as I tossed them down to him off the roof. Not only was he a huge help, and I am confident that my roof is good to go for another 15+ years, he didn't charge me a dime. After offering to pay him several times, I realized that Tim and his company are truly awesome, and he is a great kind hearted person. I enjoyed talking with Tim while he was out, and will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends and family here in the Lodi area.

I called Tim with questions about possible leaks in my roof and the condition of my roof. When he arrived we talked about all of my concerns, he immediately pulled his ladder off of his red truck, climbed up onto the roof and did an inspection. He was very knowledgable, repaired the few problems that very day, and explained to me the different types of composition shingles that were on my roof and what their life expectancy was! I was extremely pleased with the outcome and I was very grateful for all the honest information he gave me! He found problems that the other roofing company hadn't seen, and he told me more information about my roof than the other roofing company as well! The other company just wanted me to reroof when it wasn't actually necessary yet!
