I had them come out to address a leak in my roof. They inspected the roof and showed me a picture of a sun burned hole on the shingle. I later climbed on the roof and did not find the sun burned hole in the picture. I did not hire them to address the problem.
Tim responded quickly and came to investigate quickly. He came out on a Saturday which I know is not his regular work hours. He did a quick repair on a sagging corner gutter and said there would be no charge. Maybe I should have been able to fix it myself but I had already tried twice and failed. Tim really knows what he's doing. I gave him all the cash I had out of sheer gratitude. He even gave me a good tip on a body repair shop in Stockton to fix the awful dent in my car. I hope I can return the favor someday Tim! Have a great weekend!
During Thanksgiving weekend of 2017 we had some water coming out of our air vents. Tim quickly responded to my email request to come out and find the water source. He thoroughly checked the roof and determined that this was not the source of the leaks. After a few minutes discussion we determined that it was from the heating system.
He went above and beyond and made some minor repairs to areas around the roof air venting in order to prolong the life of the roof.
I am extremely thankful for the expertise and guidance Tim provided all during a holiday weekend when other companies did not even respond.
I highly recommend Rescue Roofer to any one needing roofing work.
We had several leaks with some of the lights shorting out when turned on. Looked on yelp and found Rescue Roofers in Lodi Calif. They had such high reviews that I thought they we fake reviews. Called the office and got the owner (Tim Glass) who said he could come over within an hour and inspect the roof. When he arrived, he did a very thorough inspection and felt we needed a new roof because of dry rot and old repairs. He gave us a very reasonable quote that we agreed to on Friday, he said that he would start on Monday morning since this is Calif rainy season and the weather predicted that it was to rain on the following Wednesday. He started on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon had the roof water tight. That night it rained all night and no leaks even without shingles. The next day the crew was back and by mid day finished the shingles. The price was fair, the speed of which he waterproofed the roof was unbelievable. The crew he had working with him was great, respectful of our house, hard working and very friendly. I think they are reflecting their boss's attitude on the job. Now that the job is complete, I can say that the reviews are not inaccurate and my review doesn't have enough stars for the owner, crew and business and the work they have completed for us. Without hesitation we would recommend Rescue Roofers to family and friends and to any roofing needs in the future.
Paul D.He was fast getting out to give me a quote in between the rain. Price wasn't the cheapest but in the ballpark. Did not like the fact that he laid his ladder against my gutter, luckily it did not leave a crease.
Owner came out to assess our master bath skylight. He was very honest and saved us some money by letting us know the job was super easy and we could do it ourselves. It takes a lot of integrity to do that and we greatly appreciate it! Definitely would reach out to this company if we ever had any roofing issues in the future.
Cris J.Tim is an awesome guy. We had a leak in our ceiling on sunday from a cracked tile roof. He came on time, climbed on our two story roof and sealed the cracked tile. He didn't charge me a cent. I wanted to pay him for his time but he insisted it was free. I have talked to my family of how nice of him to do that to his customers. Now they took his phone numbers for future needs. I definitely recommend Tim to anyone. And he will be my go to roofer for sure. God bless you Tim!
Tim was a nice, down to earth guy. He went on the roof and made a thorough assessment. He showed up on the agreed upon time. Will definitely recommend him.
Tim arrived at my house promptly and immediately addressed my roofing issues. He was very personable, and I look forward to working with him again in the event that our roof requires repair work.
Cindy M.I was sitting on the couch during the most recent storm and felt the dreaded drip drip of water hit my head. We searched the house and found another leak in a utility room. I went to call the emergency maintenance number for my landlord and then paused... we are homeowners now, It is all on us!
I took to YELP, and thankfully you guys didn't let me down. Rescue Roofer was awesome. I read the reviews and decided to send a message through Yelp to set up an appointment for a estimate for my Home Warranty plan. I received a response from Rescue Roofers within 15 minutes!! They were able to come the next day before the next storms rolled in.
Tim was very professional and friendly. I showed him the paperwork my Home Warranty wanted, where the leaks were and he grabbed his ladder and went to work. He asked me a few questions along the way about the homes history, we only bought it 6 months ago. He was even honest enough to tell me if we received a 2 year cert during our home sale, that all of the leaks and problems would be covered by the person who gave that cert.
After a little while, he came down and showed me some pictures of my roof, the flashing around my skylight, some vents and a few patches and additions that have been made to the house. He had already fixed the leaks and made some preventable seals for no fee! I am so appreciative!
We had been curious about our roof because we have found some work around our house that was done poorly when the previous owner flipped it, and he able to answer those questions.
I have already recommended them to two of my friends with upcoming roofing needs and would call them again. Thank you Tim and Rescue Roofer!
