OMG, quick appointment setup return from email (20 min on Sat) came out Wed., at the scheduled time frame, fixed not only the one problem I knew of but fixed the few others he found during his inspection!! Awesome, friendly, honest, Roofer!!!! I will recommend him to anyone and everyone for their roof issues. It was fast, and I like some repair companies not taken on false claims. He showed us pictures of what was needing repair and what was repaired and how. If I ever need anything roof related this is the only place I will contact. Tim is the best in town and all areas he is serving!! I don't write reviews often, maybe 3 total ever, but after Tim left I couldn't post my experience, I read reviews before my final choice, so if you aren't sure, trust me, you can't go wrong when you use Rescue Roofer, really :)

Highly recommend Rescue Roofer! I called them at 1pm today because I noticed my roofing fell off my 2nd story house. Someone came at 2:30pm and fixed my roof and helped me reconnect a loose rain gutter too. Wow! Super fast and the best customer service. I will always use them in the future!

Tim and his team did an awesome job for me. They rerouted the pool solar heater, repaired some dry rot under the eve, and replaced some roof tile. They were quick to respond to my initial request, came out and did an estimate within a few days, and did the repairs shortly after. Awesome job. Price was reasonable. Thanks Tim!

Hello all, had a roof leak late last night. Found Tim and his company on Yelp. Got in touch with him and he showed up first thing in the morning. All the reviews are correct, Tim not only fixed the leak he didn't even charge me for his service. You cannot find customer service like that now a days. It's been raining all day and so far the repair has been holding up, thanks to Tim!! As soon as the weather gets better, I'm definitely gonna give Tim a call for all my families roofing needs. Tim even gave me some tips on how to walk on my roof tiles!!...Not that I'm gonna but what an All around nice guy!! THANKS Tim!!

Timothy is the man! Sent a request late night, and received a response right away. Timothy was able to accommodate to my schedule, and showed up early for our appointment. We had a leak that was coming from the roof, but couldn't pinpoint it. Our master bedroom ceiling had 2 water stains on it. Timothy showed up, found and fixed the problem quickly. He didn't even charge us, since it was a quick fix! Honest person and company, which is hard to find these days! Highly recommend!!!

Nice to find a roofer I can also recommend to my best friend. These days it's hard to find workers who take pride in their work anymore. However, Rescue Roofer is a genuine exception. The owner and his son visited us after a big storm and gave us an estimate to repair a prior repair which was not done right and was causing a leak into my living room. The estimate was reasonable, and we eventually scheduled the work. I am so happy we stuck with Rescue Roofer. Especially since there's clouds starting to move in to darken the skies and activate my achy bones. On the day we had the work scheduled, as advertised, Rescue Roofer arrived on time and they accessed our roof and completed the work without causing any inconvenience or stress for my wife. I watched the worker going up and down the ladder from my security camera, and noticed a hardworking, respectful young man who finished the job by noon and cleaned up all his mess. I am very happy and have already recommended Rescue Roofer to my best friend at work who has some roof work he needs done on his house. Thanks again!

WOW!!!!! Tim is legit. I sent him a message on Yelp with pictures of the issue I was dealing with. I had some water marks inside the house on the ceiling and needed to take care of it. Within a hour, he got back to me with a date and time he could come out to take a look at my roof. Tim came over and went up to inspect the roof with his caulk gun. He spent about 15-20 minutes up there and when he came down he showed me a picture of a cracked tile. Tim explained that the roof still looks good. Tim is the real deal. He didn't waste anytime asking me if I wanted to seal the tile or not. When he came down from the roof the tile was already sealed along with several other places. He did not even charge me because he said it was just a roof inspection and while he was up there he just did it. Tim is a honest man. Great experience. So anyone looking to get their roof replaced or repaired, this is the guy to call. In the future, if my roof needs to be replaced or repaired...Rescue Roofer will be the ones to do the job. This review comes a few years late...but better late than never right??? After a heavy rainy season we discovered a few cracked roof tiles and one tile that was actually missing (where could it have gone?????). Rescue roofer came out the next day in a unique ""emergency vehicle"" (red truck) and replaced the tiles. The two guys that arrived were young, professional, and courteous. Kudos to this company for demonstrating to younger employees the value of customer service and how to represent your company well.
