We had an emergency during the storm early march. Tim came out in a Sunday cleaned out the debris where two sides come together reassemble the tiles and stopped the roof from leaking at no charge.We are currently seeking finance to replace. Thank you Tim.

Rescue Roofer rescued my family and home tonight! Tim was awesome with responding to my calling for help tonight during the El Nino storm when a leak was happening for hours. Tim was punctual and came during the storm even though he was from Lodi and my place is in 30 miles away from him. He came in to check where the leak was and went straight to the roof and removed the necessary tiles to see where the leak was coming from. He took pictures of where the leak was happening. Tim informed me it was not from cracked tiles or tears from the felt but a crap ton of debris and dirt around the skylight which caused water to back up to the flashing and through the felt. He removed all the debris and dirt, adjusted the tiles, and explained the situation to me for FREE! He explained to me that nothing is needed to be done except start saving money for a roof maintenance in the next 3-5 years. Tim was also willing to readjust my front tiles so it is covering the flashing that my roof inspector was not willing to do unless I paid for the work during my home inspection. I was so glad I called Rescue Roofer tonight and will definitely contact them back for the roof maintenance. Thank you Rescue Roofer and THANK YOU Tim!

Wow!! We had a leak this morning on our ceiling and called Tim seeing that he was open on weekends for emergencies. At first we were just grateful that he was coming out in the rain, on a Saturday, and from 20 miles away. Very nice over the phone and super responsive. Well, to top it all off thankfully we only had a small hole between the chimney and roof that was a quick 5 min fix. Tim came down from the roof with a picture of what happened and told us it was on him! Made our day!! It was so easy and done in mins.thank you so much Tim!! We will definitely be calling for any further repairs.

Tim came from Lodi to Elk Grove, climbed on our roof and fixed the problem, no charge! Took pictures of what he needed to fix and then he left. Took him longer to drive here than it did to do the work and still left with no charge. Awesome!

I contacted Tim Glass as well as two other roofing companies in Stockton to fix a leak on my roof. Tim was the first to arrive on a rainy day. I only wanted a quote. However, after noticing that two of my shingles had slipped off, he simply returned and re-secured them to their original position. He provided cell phone pictures of ""before and after"" shots of what he had done. I asked Tim what I owed him for his troubles and he said ""nothing"". Now that is what I call EXCELLENT and HONEST customer service.

After the rains last night and watching the ceiling get even damper. I was so relieved to see Tim's truck on a holiday Morning He took care of the leak within a half hour until I can get an HVaC service repair man out. Tim at Rescue Roofer is amazing. He did our roof in Modesto last year and went above and beyond and was quick and efficient, professional, honest and reasonable. We called him to come check our roof in Tracy recently and he came out there within a few days and took care of our problem immediately.
