With his keen eye to what he saw on my roof, we were able to make a claim with Owens-Corning and more than half of the cost of the entire roof was covered with the warranty claim. He helped my prepare for the claim and then helped ensure the material voucher could be used for different product replacement. Jake helped with all our questions, made several options available to us, and was so responsive to every step of the way in the process. The quote I received was very detailed and had line by line items that thoroughly described what was to be done. They also installed a solar powered fan that will become a tax credit.
At the end of the day I received a drive link with around 40 detailed pictures on the entire process + finished product, which is very helpful to see. This is a professional and well run company.
