""Sunny"" was in charge of the reroofing of my house which ultimately included removing the old roof and insulation, replacing the attic insulation which was in shambles, and replacing the old roof with the new which should last for 50 years! He and his crew went above and beyond to do the best work possible which included sending pictures regularly of the old roof, insulation, and the like as they were in the various stages of replacement. I was involved in the decision-making process every step of the way. Sunny was extremely patient in explaining what and why something required replacement and also explaining how it would be done. He is a good man and has much integrity. I would recommend him and the Renuly Roofers without hesitation.

Professional and friendly services! I had some roof tiles that had nail pop (nails coming loose). Renuly sent Sunny to come out for a free consultation. Sunny spent a good 15 minutes inspecting the issues and made a recommendation to me on what my options are, but also suggested that the issue was minor enough that I can DIY (pound the nail back in since it's minor enough).

I appreciated the quick, professional, and integrity of this company! Will definitely leverage Renuly for other/future needs!

I needed to have my roof replaced for a property that I have in Belmont CA for home insurance purposes, Renuly was fast and responsible with scheduling my roof inspection. I worked with this company to get my roof leak fixed. My previous experience with another contractor was a night mare. I reached out to Sam and Sunny and they were such a delight to work with. My roof was a wonky case and inspite of multiple repairs, it just didn't budge with the leak. But Sunny never gave up on both the roof and me. he would patiently come back and look at the problem, fix it and check in with me on his fixes.

Sunny and his crew were patient, highly skilled and very customer centric. They went above and beyond on every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to take care of my house repair problems. I've requested for Renuly to come and do my roof inspection which gave me problems during the storms we had this year, Greg was my project manager, he came out and found all the problems that were causing leaks on my roof, he explained to me that my roof was old and was due for replacement, he was very knowledgeable and explained me the entire process and all the advantages that you get with replacement rather then just to repair it, he was always available to answer all my questions and took care of the project flawlessly! 5 star to this company and Greg for helping me with my roof! I had to get a new roof for Solar and Greg got me relatively competitive quotes. The project was delayed multiple times due to my timeline and the weather. Greg was patient through all of this and we got it done recently. With higher SRI shingles, the home is much cooler now in the summer. We did have minor hiccups, but Renuly is actively working to get those sorted out. I also had Renuly add block framing to support extra weight from Solar

Things for Renuly to improve:
1. Proactively reach out to the customer for color selection etc.
2. Make sure price is accurately charged across financing and Renuly team, I had a minor overcharge, that was immediately caught and I was written a check for
3. Provide accurate timelines once weather is no longer a factor. My complete installation took 4 days across 2 weeks. day 1 - demolition, day 2 - roof install, day 3 - gutters, day 4 - leaf guards. Part of the delay was on my end due to requiring block framing mid-project.

I needed a new roof in order to get a home insurance policy. Renuly came out and gave me a competitive quote. They did a good job with the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. The workers were very professional.

Something I didn't like was my buying experience. It was like buying a car. The estimator told me he was doing another job in my area, and I needed to act quickly to get the best price. He called his boss to see if he could give me a better price. He finally called me on a Saturday and gave me an even better price. I can see lowering the price if they need the work.

When they tore the old roof off, they told me they saw major problems they didn't anticipate. They raised the price. What could I do?

My neighbor needed a new roof and asked Renuly for an estimate. They told him the same thing about having another job in the area. They told him about the roof needing more work than they anticipated and raised the price. My neighbor is a better negotiator than I am and got a much better price.
