First and foremost I would give Sunny a stellar recommendation. In fact, if we had him handling our roofing project we would have given Renuly a five star. Please keep in mind, we signed their contract on April 5th and was told my Greg who was the one to give us the invoice that they would be starting our project the following Monday or Tuesday. However they didn't start until Friday the 14th. We went without a roof for almost a full mo

I had a leak from a skylight and contacted Renuly on a Sunday. They came by on Monday morning to assess the damage, provide an estimate, and temporarily caulk where the water was entering. We were expecting more rain over the next few days so I was happy they were able to create a temporary barrier until the actual repair work could commence.
They came out a few days later to repair the leak permanently which included replacement of the flashing and shingles, and installation of a waterproof barrier beneath the shingles. The crew was punctual, professional, and personable. They were really good communicating what they found once the shingles and flashing were removed, and shared before and after photos of the work. This was one of the best experiences I've had with trades people! I would highly recommend Renuly to anyone that requires roofing services.

Renuly is a great company to deal with and Greg and Sunny are great to work with. We have a Clay Tile Roof and it was leaking during heavy rains. Renuly responded promptly and Greg showed up on the same day at 7pm after work. They figured the problem in the next morning and started working on the roof improvement project on the first day after the storm was over. Greg is a real professional. He was on top of things and managed the entire project. Highly recommended!

I'd like to thank Paul and the team for making the process of replacing my flat garage roof a breeze. During the process, he noticed there being more layers of the roof needed to be taken down but did it at no additional cost. He even drove out 30 min to speak with me. Thanks again!

Hey guys, I want to share my experience with this company. I met with Eric
Eric was the project manager and his knowledge which is was perfect help in our project and experience were great. And he was also honest.

I got a quote from these guys and wanted to hire them immediately. They said I would get a contract the next day, then emailed to say I would get it two days later. I never got the contract and have left repeated phone messages and sent emails and gotten no response at all. Hell of a way to run a business!

We had a leak at our skylight on top of the roof. I gave 1 start for a fair price but here is some issues.
1. Both PM & Supervisor came out and did not bring a ladder, what roofing company does not have a ladder. How can you accurately price my repair without going up on the roof where the leak might be. When PM walked into our home and we showed him the leak in our kitchen he said we need a new roof. Never even looking at the roof, I had to encourage him to go up on the roof.
2. Supervisor told my wife the reason the original quote was wrong was because prices for material went up and the quote was only good for a week. Not tire at all, here is why. PM came out on Wednesday, sent me a quote on Thursday morning. On Friday morning one day later at 10:19 AM I sent a text to the PM that we wanted to go with your organization and when can they start. So prices went up and your quote is only good for less than 36 hours?
3. They had the incorrect address on both quotes. I told them after the 1st one. The listed a phone number on both quotes which was not their number it is another Roofing and Construction company from Southern California. I called them and they said they have no idea who Renuly is. They really should have someone review the quotes before you send them.
4. I sent several texts and voicemail messages to the PM and he ignored them all until Monday. Plus, he turned down the job with a text stating they were too overwhelmed. Why did you both lie to us? Had you just admitted that you mis-quoted and you wanted to come out and re-quote we probably would have said ok fair enough.
5. When the PM gave me the handwritten quote I asked him when he could start he said next week. now you are saying you are not available for another month. New date is late February.
6. On the 2nd quote they stated that they apologize for the mis-understanding. There was no misunderstanding, there was inaccurate quotes, lies, poor service and incorrect information on your part.
My hope is that you take this e-mail to heart and improve your organization to provide accurate quotes and provide customer service.
