Rentech was founded in January 2018 after relocating from another market and closing a previous roofing and construction venture. From the beginning, we’ve been able to partner with and establish relationships with homeowners, investors, and businesses. We’ve created a culture focused on community-oriented service, dedicated to providing the best quality products and customer satisfaction. Our first year in the Houston market has been successful. We eagerly anticipate many more years of serving our clients and community.

After his time as a Gunners Mate in the US Navy, Thomas began his journey in the roofing and remodeling sector in 2010. He was employed by a DFW firm for roughly 4.5 years before establishing his own business in Abilene in 2014. His last business grew to three locations in just 3.5 years and had several employees and crews. Throughout his time in this field, Thomas has successfully completed work for over 15 apartment complexes, more than 5 churches, a hospital re-roof and remodel project, and over a thousand residential roofing and remodeling jobs. He is married to his college sweetheart and is the father of two lovely toddlers, with another on the way. He regularly attends his church, serving as head of security and playing bass in the praise team. He is involved in community service efforts and offers his time whenever needed. Thomas has built his business on a foundation of integrity in all dealings.
