Beware. This company likes to take advantage of elderly people. They came to our house and made my father in law sign a disclaimer that i wouldn't get involved. They offered a ""Government Sponsored"" program that supposedly was low interest and low payment to improve their home. First they suggested to fix the roof on one of the units (in a duplex home), then install AC, then fix windows. My in-laws are in their 70's and we managed to just get a copy of the ""loan"" paperwork, they owe $63K, with interest is over $110K. This debt only covers the roof and ac debt. We are still trying to figure out how much its owed on the window side. They never provided a copy of any statement and the best part is that we just found out that this debt is considered Mellos Roos and our property tax is huge. On top of that, the quality of the repairs was below substandard. Do NOT do business with them. One of their sales persons indicated recently that a lot of people are complaining.

They pressured elderly customer for new roof so make sure you get 3 quotes from other roof co.'s. You have 3 days to cancel and when we canceled over the phone they asked why? I told them their price was too high. They still came over and pressured elderly customer. I don't like their sales tactics and will report them to BBB. They quoted $35,000. for a 1100 sq ft. home. Too high, don't go with this company.
