hello everybody, i just want to alert you guys. that don not do any kind of project with this company, because we already did four projects for this company more than two months and they dont want to pay us. we are calling and calling and they donat answer the calls and when they answer just says we are waiting the paymwnt from customers and we already went and asked the customers and they said that they already pay everithing to this company renovate usa green anergy.
so,
please be wise about doing any business with this company. they are contacting contractors from bay area to no pay.

Good customer service, until it wasn't. Had a whole HVAC system installed and tankless water heater July of 2022. Just under a year now. The company contracts out, my HVAC system contractors were great. System works great. My tankless water heater not so much. I've made several calls to the company concerning my tankless water heater, giving me an error code and not coming on in the mornings. Customer service takes my calls and reports to have a contractor contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone. It has been going on two months now and my system still gives me an error code. Great product great service to start, but be mindful of the follow up, if there are any problems.

I strongly believe this company is a fraud scam. They have no reviews anywhere, despite their website saying they've been open 22 years. They contacted me via my request for roof replacement on Thumbtack, and regrettably this made me think they must be reputable, and I didn't do further digging until after our estimate meeting. The guy who came to my house seemed to barely take a look at the roof (I don't even think he went up on it at all), he didn't even go over the work that was needed, he just went right into the price (which he somehow got just from plugging in the measurements into his phone). The price came out to about $13k, and he became very fast-talking and almost pushy. The other quotes I've had, the estimate process takes an hour or more, but the guy was ready to finance me immediately after obtaining the cost. One thing that stuck out as sketchy to me was the fact that the cost was fixed. Other quotes I received had variable prices because there were potential problems like dry rot or dealing with the placement of my HVAC. Everything I asked about he seemed to have an answer for. Even gutters, which I knew needed replacing, he didn't even mention, I brought it up and his answer was ""oh we are running a promotion right now and gutters are free!"". He kept coming back to the cost and repeating over and over that if I was all good with it he could run an approval for me right then and there. I didn't feel comfortable at all giving him any more personal or financial info, so I just made up lies that I needed to consult with my boyfriend first. He even asked me to call him to discuss in order to secure the sale immediately, so I lied again that my boyfriend was asleep. Finally that worked and he just confirmed that I had his business number and left. I'm really creeped out by the entire encounter and will probably be monitoring my bank/credit cards/house/etc very closely because this whole meeting was just very very sketchy.

My experience with Renovate USA was excellent. We received our quote right away and the price was better than we expected; the crew was VERY communicative, responsive and punctual throughout the entire process, not to mention the quality of work was amazing!! I had them repaint my entire kitchen and install new windows: I can honestly say that my place looks like new. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the results and even more with the wonderful customer service Oded and his staff gave us. I highly recommend Renovate USA Green Energy and will absolutely be using their services again on our future projects.
