We were directed to Reno's roofing by a friend who had used them. He was very enthused about their work and they certainly did not disappoint. Gabriel was there promptly as promised and he and his helper got to work immediately. They were very efficient and were particularly neat while working and cleaning up afterward. Reno's completed roofing repair for my Spanish tile roof. Their estimate was half the cost of other companies for the same work description. The workers completed additional work, but they kept to the original bid. They did a fantastic job and were profession from start to finish. Above and beyond

We unfortunately sustained a roof leak related to our solar panels, and to add to our dismay we found out our warranty coverage had expired. Fortunately we found Reno's roofing and were glad we did. Reno's roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof and coordinating their work with a new solar company we hired. The pricing was reasonable and the crew seemed to do a great job. We were very happy with the process. For what it's worth, it rained last night and it was nice to not have to worry! Thanks, Reno and company!

Reno's quote is the best out of the 5 quotes that I got.
During the whole project, Reno's people always arrived on time.
The foreman Marvin is humble and hard-working. The owner Reno is also very nice.
The project took 3 days, finished right before a rain. And the new roof passed the first rain test.

One thing that they can improve is the fallen roofing nails.
Though they ran Roll magnets to collect the nails, I still found about 30 nails after they left. I know it's hard to collect every nail, but they can do better:
1, Check the gutters. I found 6 nails near the gutter downspouts after the rain.
2, Instead of directly throwing the used nails into the trash cart, it'd be safer to put the nails into a sealed container first, otherwise the nails might fall to the ground when the trash truck dumps the trash cart.

All in all, Reno's roof did a great job, I recommend this company.

Remo roofing is great in one thing. Creating repeat business. They claim higher standard but don't deliver.

They knowingly leave leaks behind due to their poor workmanship. They wite up fancy meaningless contact with multiple loopholes so they cam come back with higher cost to fix the poor workmanship behind.

They suppose to inspect the roof and look for possible leak areas in addition to the 9bvuiis broken tiles.

But in reality they replace the broken tiles, do a wishy washy caulking instead of replacement of papers and proper repairs.

This way a follow up call for next leak is guaranteed. They cone they claim all there is to get out of poor quality workmanship. You are told that now you need a whole new roof.

This pictures alone will tell you the agony we are dealing with.

I went through a major renovation and had to deal with numerous contractors and tradesmen for months. Hiring Reno's felt like I did myself a favor among all the chaos. They were by far the most responsive and responsible company that I dealt with. They did everything that they said that they do, when they said they'd do it, with results that exceeded my expectations. My roof looks gorgeous.

They were meticulous in every stage of the process from the roof tear down to the final cleanup. Just as an example, I was worried that my neighbors would be bothered by the process. However, a week after Reno's finished one of my neighbors came to me to thank me for ""instructing"" the crew to keep her driveway so clean. She said that they would sweep her driveway multiple times a day to get rid of debris and used magnets to capture any errant roofing nails so that her car tires wouldn't be damaged. I can't take credit for that. That's just good professionalism from top to bottom. Imagine! My relationship with my neighbor actually improved after I got a major work done on my house.

Communication was awesome. They have a dedicated office person in Tina, who is amazing. Throughout the process I had a 50+ email chain with her, where she kept me informed about everything and answered questions very quickly. Thank you Reno, Roger, Tina and crew!

We are speechless, we were worried since we have two huge skylights, the quality of the work as well as all the workers were superior, we interviewed several other roofing companies and reached to a conclusion with Reno, the workers collected all nails end of each day as well as using a blower to clean up, they even sprayed the metal vents to match the roof, WOW, and Tina, the office secretary was super nice and attentive. After the completed work the repair man ""GABRIEL"" showed up to do any final touch up which was a huge icing on the cake and boy he did such an excellent work worthy of the White House. Thanks you Reno.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Reno's Roofing. Last December, during the heavy rains, we noticed water leaking in through our 2nd floor ceiling. I started calling around to roofers, and most were booked for the next couple of months, or wanted to charge a couple hundred dollars just to come give an estimate. Gerald from Reno's was at our house a couple of days later, and gave us a very reasonable (FREE!) estimate. Included with the estimate was copies of all our their certifications and insurance, which I thought was so professional and above and beyond. A couple of weeks later they were working on our roof, and had it beautifully repaired in just a couple of hours. Their entire team was amazing! Much thanks to Tina in the office for getting us onto the schedule and to Gabriel for doing such a great, caring job on the repair. We've already gone through another hard rain and everything held up great. Highly recommended!
