With the recent 3-4 days of straight rain in SoCal I noticed a leak around one of my roof vents/flashing. Called 10+ roofing contractors, and not surprisingly, the vast majority were booked solid for the next 2-4 months as I imagine many other homes were facing similar findings with the recent rain.
I call Reno on a Saturday to inquire about their availability, explained my situation, provided him a few pictures, and based on the relatively small nature of the job he mentioned he'd have one of his guys over that Sunday considering they were already going to be in the area that day for another job. Contractor arrived right on time Sunday morning, and had the issue taken care of within 30 minutes. Reno even called after his guy left to ask how everything went.
Workmanship aside, customer service goes a long way in my book, and Reno has that part figured out. Should I have any roofing issues in the future, I now know the first person I'll call.

Let's face the facts first, contractors of any kind are the WORST people when it comes to communication. With that said, my experience and fear was starting something and then never seeing them again until they decide they're going to come back because you're at their mercy. I'm proud to say communication and professionalism was NOT an issue here, top notch work ethics!! Reno Roofing answered the call, with these heavy rains 2 of my properties experienced leaks, in half a day they visited both locations and finished the job as if nobody stepped foot on the roof. On top of images of the before and after so I dont have to climb a roof (not my thing) so it worked out well! Add them to your roofing contacts without hesitation. A+++++

Carlos was great and explained to me the issues with the roof. He was honest and willing to take the time to show me where he felt the leaks were in the roof as I had two major roof leaks. They sealed everything up and made time before it rained again so I could prevent further damage. Honest company

This review is a bit overdue. However, I wanted to make sure to write one as the work was excellent. Reno and his crew completed a roofing job for me in October 2018. They were patient in explaining the pros and cons of going with a torchdown versus silicon coating. I certainly appreciate that Reno was very communicative through the process. I have dealt with contractors who don't tell or ask you anything and deliver substandard service. I found Reno to be very professional and open. I did not feel pressure to sign a contract immediately as I did with some other roofers. Reno's cost was very reasonable. Most importantly, there was heavy rain last week and no water leakage. I would highly recommend Reno for roofing needs.

After several attempts to fix a leak, a friend of mine referred me to Ren's roofing. They were quick to come out for a free assessment and gave us a reasonable price. I was able to work with Reno and he was very helpful and courteous from the start.

In addition to doing what they promised, they also patched and fixed a few other items not negotiated with our terms. They exceeded my expectations and properly fixed our problem (saving us a lot of money)!

We had a leak in my roof that needed repair. I got a few estimates through Yelp and Reno's was the one we picked because of
i) Thoroughness of the explanation of what he was planning to do
ii) Promptness of responding to our follow ups
ii) Reasonable cost estimate

On the day of the repair too, Carlos came out at the exact time planned and once he had fixed the areas that needed repair, invited me up to the roof and explained the fixes he had done.

All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Reno's Roofing!
Professional, HONEST and hard-working from start to finish. The first to call us back after contacting several other roofing companies in the area. They came out promptly, giving us a free inspection (which turned out to be the most reasonable of the bunch) and work began within a week of us accepting their bid. Once the job started, it was quick and efficient. Even with the added stress of an unexpected rain storm the first day! (we couldnt believe it either!) But they covered everything up before they left, then came out the next morning to complete the job. No delays. No issues. We were SO relieved and thrilled by their work ethic. Another crucially important note: They did NOT go over their estimate. They gave us a price and stuck to it. No surprises! WOW. After dealing with so many crummy contracters over the years.. it was almost shocking how smoothly this all went. Just couldn't be happier!!

I can't say enough good things about Reno and his crew. We needed our attached deck re-roofed. It was in horrible condition. Reno himself came out and gave us a free estimate. The estimate was VERY reasonable.

Reno and his team came out and got the job done! Reno's Roofing not only did a GREAT job, they went the extra mile to even perform some preventative maintenance on my garage!

I really appreciated the fact the crew cleaned up after they finished. They even went around with a magnet to pick up any nails or metal pieces that may have dropped on our property!!!

We actually freaked out because unexpected rain showers popped up the first evening...Well, we did not even have to call Reno...His man Carlos was on top of it, and came back out at night to cover up the whole area with a tarp!!! I REALLY appreciated that!

I WILL definitely recommend Reno's Roofing. My wife and I are both very happy campers! Thanks Guys!!!!
