We recently had rain and when we woke up there was a leak in our roof . So I always go on yelp to find whoever I need there services. I called around no one had time for me except Reno Roofing, they came out in a hour . The roofer climbed up there & fixed the problem ! He was such a nice guy and fixed the problem! I highly recommend this company! The company called after the next storm to see how my roof was holding up, how many company's call to check on you ? I was shocked that they called .

Reno's Roofing has the best customer service with there business . I needed them to come back and I called Reno , immediately I had the problem taken care of . Best customer service!!!!

My husband found Reno on yelp and called them based on the positive reviews. I cannot be more pleased about their responsiveness and professionalism.

We had three leaks (dinning / kitchen / family).
They came out the very next day even though they had mentioned how extremely busy they were, because of the rains. They arrived and were very clear in communicating the issue and what they had to do to fix the areas, the quote was sent within two hours of their visit. They scheduled the repair within the week (based on a cancelation). The work was performed quickly with an amazing follow-up to ensure we did not have any persisting issues.

Reno's the real deal. After calling multiple roofers in the Palmdale area with no response, I finally called Reno. Thank goodness I did because he came right out and gave me a fair estimate. He showed up ON TIME and did exactly what he said he would do. He sent proof of licensing and insurance, and a detailed contract. Reno gives the kind of service you just can't find anymore. He called multiple times before, during, and after the job to follow up. I couldn't have asked for better service, plus my roof doesn't leak any more! If needed, I will absolutely use again! Had leaking on my roof recently from all the heavy rains so I called a couple of contractors to come out. Reno was by far the best one and very knowledgeable. He fixed the leaks. I'm very happy with him and would recommend him to other. Thanks Reno.

We had a leak in our roof and another company gave us an INSANE quote to replace the entire roof. After explaining the issue to Reno, he agreed to do an inspection even though they were backed up with other jobs due to weather, and set up an appointment to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

When it started raining again, Reno sent someone out that day (in the rain) for an emergency fix of our leak, a week before our scheduled appointment.

I hope I don't have to do any more roofing work for years, but when the time comes I'll call Reno. Thanks for keeping us dry!

I cannot recommend Reno's Roofing highly enough! Jerry came out and did the inspection and helped me understand what was going on with the roof. He was honest and upfront, which I very much appreciated. Then Reno called me personally to schedule a time to check the roof again after the first big storm. He also fit me in very quickly when other roofers were telling me I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. Reno is terrific and called me along the way to give me updates on timing and came for the first day of the job. They guys started work today and are very nice and kept everything clean and tidy.

With the recent 3-4 days of straight rain in SoCal I noticed a leak around one of my roof vents/flashing. Called 10+ roofing contractors, and not surprisingly, the vast majority were booked solid for the next 2-4 months as I imagine many other homes were facing similar findings with the recent rain.
I call Reno on a Saturday to inquire about their availability, explained my situation, provided him a few pictures, and based on the relatively small nature of the job he mentioned he'd have one of his guys over that Sunday considering they were already going to be in the area that day for another job. Contractor arrived right on time Sunday morning, and had the issue taken care of within 30 minutes. Reno even called after his guy left to ask how everything went.
Workmanship aside, customer service goes a long way in my book, and Reno has that part figured out. Should I have any roofing issues in the future, I now know the first person I'll call.
