Went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. With all the insurance companies leaving Florida, we had we had to have a rush job. Got everything taken care of in one week. Roof looks great, no mess left behind. Brian Douek was our contractor. He answered all questions and was available whenever we needed help. Highly recommend both the company and Brian.

Choosing a reroofing contractor is a significant task. The cost is a major investment that affects your home value, insurance cost and its protection for many years. After interviewing several contractors, we chose RenewPro Roofing, mostly because Kevin Shetter, my RenewPro project manager, was instrumental in helping me reapply for my insurance roof damage claim that was previously denied by my insurance company. When the claim was finally approved the work was done quickly and professionally. All phases of the reroof were carefully explained. Kevin was very helpful with us understanding the reroof job and with us making the payments as the checks were received from my insurance company. They used a peel and stick premium underlayment material that is a definite improvement over older products. I was very satisfied with the roof installation and with their recommendations for a new wind mitigation inspection and new gutter installation. Kevin even got me a check for the damage to my driveway when the shingles were delivered. Yes, I would recommend RenewPro Roofing to anyone.

I did not sign a contract with renew.

I will say I put in a request for a quote and I received a response within 24 hours. They were able to look at my house by GPS and see the size of the roof and look up the permit online and give me a quote over the phone without coming out to the house.

The man who called me was very nice over the phone I was actually a very helpful individual and gave me lots of great information. Nothing negative to say here the interaction went very smoothly.

Roof looks really good. Had a few issues:

1) Sooooo many nails everywhere. My pool has dozens of rust stains from all the nails that fell in. Many on the driveway and collected around the downspouts after a rain.
2) Speaking of downspouts the company that they contracted to do the gutters did not quite understand gravity as the grade leaves standing water.
3) Am pretty certain I was told I was getting Landmark Pro but regular Landmark was installed.
4) Biggest complaint is the fascia was damaged in a few spots and despite repeated promises that it would get fixed nothing got done.

Feel like it was a hurricane cash grab by Renew Pro!

Following Hurricane Irma we found that we had lost a lot of shingles off our roof. We called several roofing companies - The RenewPro team was one of the only roofing companies who even returned our call. Tim came to our house to assess the damage at my convenience. He told us we needed a new roof and took the time to explain everything. He told us all we needed to do was ""pick a color"". We submitted a claim and Tim was here to meet the insurance adjuster to explain and show him why we needed a new roof. The claim was approved within a couple of weeks. Kevin then came over to review the insurance company claim letter, brought samples for me to ""pick a color"", the job was immediately scheduled. The crew was very professional. They covered the shrubbery and lawn to catch nails, they cleaned up everything every day. They completed the job timely. And, it looks great. The job easily passed county and insurance company inspections. We are so pleased. When we woke up after the storm and saw all the shingles all over the yard we thought we were in for a tough ride. But the RenewPro guys made it VERY easy. I highly recommend them.
