The son came promptly on a Friday to look at my leaky roof, and then said he wanted to return the following morning with a foreman in order to be able to write up an estimate. He said he'd call first thing in the morning, but didn't text until 11:45 - to say that they would not be coming after all. He proposed returning with his father on Monday and I agreed, stipulating that I would not be available from 2-5 pm. Monday morning, a few minutes before 9, I texted him asking him to set up a time so that I could plan my day. I got no reply at all, and he never showed up. By the time he texted on Tuesday to set up a time, it was too late. I'm not going to use a company with so little regard for my time. Why waste my time sending someone inexperienced alone to make an estimate? Poor business.

These guys saved me. After being abused and swindled by Home Depot Roofing services the came in and fixed my problem. Will was on top of the job at all times and made sure we were taken care of. The roofing contractors in S. Florida leave much to be desired. But these guys are the best.
