me by a friend. I am so glad I called. He came out right away to give me an estimate and was able to start right away. They were very conciouncicus of nails and staples in the yard because of my dog - they cleaned up every day. The weekend it was supposed to to rain, they covered everything up really well. After March rain and winds I had a leak in the roof, and I started to call around. I found out that two roof tops needs to be replaced and was shocked how expensive it could be. I decided to go with Rene since he made his proposal simple and to the point. Everybody else tried to show off, and made the proposals 5-6 pages long, where I, the consumer, was lost. He offered the best material in the market and everything was according to code.

He removed the old roof, left the job site clean, and even in the middle of the work he covered it with plastic, since we had a few rainy days. Moreover, he answered the phone every time I called, he completed the job within the time frame. Every word and promise was kept, and on top of it, he went to the building to meet the inspector and the insurance adjuster.

I referred him to a friend who just had an issue with his building, and both of us are very happy of the craftsmanship and the professionalism.

After the first rain of the (rainy?) season last year on Halloween we noticed that there were several leaks, some worst than others, like water dipping through a light fixture or a vent... which they were runoff from another leak.
Immediately after we started shopping for roofing companies to get a check on the roof, after calling few companies in yelp (some were too busy to even return a call, others had all saturday appaisals booked till december), we got three companies to come out and inpect the roof and leaks... unfortunately the result was the same NEW ROOF :( a new unexpected expense.

It was narrowed down to two based on the experience and quality of the product samples brought with them.

He started shorty after appraisal of cost, we went with the recommended two layer rubber torch-down material for our flat roof. He removed the old thin single layer material that was wrongly put on top of uncleaned gravel roof. cleaned all the old gravel and tar to the plywood and replaced damaged wood. and replaced all the roof vents. He explained the prior issue with the roof and the drainage spout that had caused the major leak last time.

He finished within the said time and cleaned all area of work, I went up to see the roof and it was a great change. And more than happy with it. His services are guaranteed and he provides a gurantee copy after the completion of his job.

In a following rain there was a leak near a skylight, I called him, he came over inspected his work at the roof, mentioned that the issue was the top old frame used in the original skylight and the way the new skylight was mounted, he sealed the skylight joints with silicone and this liked was fixed.
