I needed a complete remodel of my 4 bedroom 2 bath house. I diligently interviewed several companies and RemodelMe came in first, by far. Working with Yanni Ben was an amazing experience. What I dreaded turned out to be an easy remodel. Yanni is very understanding, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated owner of his company. Clearly he is passionate about his responsibilities and he managed my remodel very closely, and catered to every need I had, immediately and happily, which, at times I admired, given my lack of knowledge about some things. His communication skills are not to be compared, as, in my experience, some people do not call back in a timely manner, or do not show up on time. Yanni always replied right away, even on weekends, and his staff worked efficiently, cleanly and precisely and very hard; even on weekends! They showed up on time every single day and made sure their work area was cleaned up. In addition, Yanni helped me get in contact - or got in contact for me - with other companies that needed, like a bathroom vanity top, glass shower enclosures etc. I have only good words to say about RemodelMe and if I could give a hundred stars, I would. I love my ""new"" house and would urge everyone that is thinking about a remodel, call Yanni. You will be happy you did. I am thrilled with the incredible work that was done on my house. I contact Remodleme to replace the old patio cover. The finished job came out nice and I'm pretty satisfied overall. The different worker teams from demo to installation all did great job. A little hiccup along the way but Lauren at the office help sort it out and get things done right. Thank you Lauren. Communication throughout the project was good .. thank you Omri. Overall I'm happy with this.

I am posting this review as I have hundreds of photos but I will provide full review in a month with photos of what they believe is a finished project. This company did the roof on the house for my landlord and I was asked to keep an eye on them. It took them a month to do the job because the crews they sent had no idea what they are doing. In the first couple of days I started comparing because they left nails in the driveway and yard. EVERYDAY. Then I stepped on a nail and called again and begged them to clean up nails. They still left nails everyday and I got one in my tire. When I called to say you have to fix it they at first said ""we aren't a Cleaning company "" we aren't responsible. Then I threatened to sue them and they repaired my tire. They STILL left nails everyday. Then they called and accused me of writing a bad review claiming I changed my name to Helen or something like that. I told them it wasn't me and they must of upset another customer and they called me a liar. Lol it really wasn't me but now here I am. The quality of work is horrible and I'll upload just a few photos until I have time to sit down and write a proper timeline. They got mad at me for complaining about the work quality and on what they said was last day of work the workers pee in water bottles and left bottles full of pee on the side of the house. I will upload tons of photos of the ""finished"" job if they fix the aweful aweful quality and to whatever level they leave the quality you will see. But for now I'll upload some photos of what they said is done and demanding final payment and I will finish this review with any final photos when they say the job is done to the quality they claim they are.

Yanni and his team did a fantastic job with my kitchen renovation, and I'd recommend him to anyone. This was my first renovation project ever, so I was excited but also apprehensive and unfamiliar with the process.

First, Yanni came by for a consultation and answered all of my questions, and he gave a fair estimate for the project. When it came time to get started, his team worked quickly and efficiently. They showed up on time every day, and got the job done in the timeframe that Yanni initially quoted (I didn't expect this, to be honest!). Yanni's team also seamlessly handled inspections and approvals, which is not the case with all contractors, which was a huge help in keeping the project moving.

Yanni was also a knowledgable advisor for the many decisions that have to be made in a project like this. For example, he was able to recommend a direction for the new flooring I had installed. While these decisions may seem small, combined they contribute to the overall vibe, and are important to get right.

Every step of the project was completed with top notch workmanship. Yanni had his crew fix the arrangement of recessed lighting when he saw they had been installed in a vertical row rather than a square configuration, because it would provide better lighting. I appreciated the attention to detail and extra work to correct the installation and do things the right way. I wouldn't have known to ask to fix this, but I'm glad he recommended this change. The few, minor issues I raised were taken seriously and addressed immediately.

My husband and I have several repairs and update projects that we would like to do for our house. A patio enclosure is one of the big projects we would like to tackle and repairing the fascia board on the roof. We had several contractors line up to come to give us a consultation. We've read several reviews and Remodelme was the first on our list to contact. We spoke with Yanni, the owner of the company. He scheduled an appointment for him to come out to our house.
We met him and he was friendly and professional. We spoke to him about what we would like to do with the patio. He showed us previous projects that he has done, and we were really impressed. We also discussed replacing the fascia board. He looked and was truthful with us that we don't need to replace everything but only a few pieces of the board. We decided to go with Yanni and Remodelme because he is sincere and honest about what we need and what we don't need.
We signed the contract and immediately in the next few days, he had his foreman and crew come to measure and discuss material and timeline of the project.
Yanni's crew came to our house and started the patio and fascia projects in the following weeks. The crews-their workmanship, knowledge, and the attention to detail by far exceeded our expectation. They were immaculate, always on time and kept our backyard free of debris. Yanni was in communication from beginning to end. He is very attentive and makes sure every step of the project is done correctly and on time. Shout out to the crew: Rodrigo, Ivan, Phillipe, Frank, and the rest of the Remodelme crew. A job well done!!
In conclusion, Yanni and Remodelme is an exceptional company that puts customer satisfaction priority first, they are honest, the owner is very friendly and professional, and his crews are very knowledgeable, and workmanship is one of a kind! We would recommend this company to anyone!
