I can't say enough about Yanni and his firm RemodelMe for the great work they did on our $100k renovation (including $20k for finishes). The biggest deliverable of the project involved turning our recently purchased two bedroom Rancho Palos Verdes home into a three bedroom within the existing footprint by demoing a large and impractical primary bathroom and adjoining his/hers closet area. The new smaller bathroom and bedroom Yanni's team built are both awesome and beautiful and will work so much better for our lives. Yanni's team also did a nice job of revamping the electrical system for our entire house, given much of it was determined to be non-compliant per the inspection report at time of home purchase. Yanni's team also drywalled over the hard-to-remove stucco ceiling popcorn we had throughout much of the house, raised the oddly low ceilings in a few of the rooms and repainted probably two-thirds of the house. It all looks great and feels like home. Finally, I can't say enough about Yanni himself. He's a good guy, he knows construction and building code really well, and most importantly his personal responsiveness and customer service are outstanding. Any time I had a concern or needed something explained Yanni was right there for me ready to help. And the number of freebies Yanni's team provided outside the official scope of work was significant... which was awesome and much appreciated. I'd highly recommend RemodelMe for anybody looking to do a renovation or addition!

Remodelme and Yanni converted our two car garage into a living space ADU.
We were very skeptical in the beginning because we did not know what to expect but now when the job is done I can tell you that I will hire them again in a minute.
They stood behind their word and everytime there was a little issue that came up, it was taken care of really fast .

Yanni and Omri are both incredibly thorough and professional. We have a large building under an HOA that we had re-roofed recently. Omri answered all of our questions and concerns, took very detailed notes of the entire project, documented everything with pictures and called me every step of the process. They were upfront with the cost and did not waiver at all. No hidden fees, no messing around.

These guys did an amazing job at remodeling my Garage. I always wanted to get my garage to be an office/Man Cave. And boy did RemodelMe deliver what I wanted. Yanni is the man when it comes to making sure that I got exactly what I needed. Yanni and his team are extremely professional and make sure that every detail, down to the last Nail is exactly where it should be. They pride themselves in the workmanship that they put into the project. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in future projects. They were not the cheapest out of the many bids I had done for this project, but from what I could see, Yanni and RemodelMe were the right choice.

RemodelMe did a wonderful job on a garage project for us. When we first started calling for bids we were not even sure we knew exactly what we wanted done. Yani listened to what we wanted and really gave life to our project. He helped us come up with a design plan that was very efficient and practical for our life. The workers showed up every day on time and worked very productively. Our project was finished very quickly and I did not have to manage it or look over the shoulders of the workers. They did very lovely work! I could not be more pleased with them, will be recommending them to all of my friends and will definitely be rehiring for any future projects!

We had a leak in the roof of our enclosed patio. I called RemodelMe and Guy came out. He was very professional and wasn't pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable. He figured out our problem and offered two different options. I needed to talk it over with my husband and he told me to get back k to him when we made a decision that there was no rush. We decided to go with RemodelMe for our work and they were very responsive and always in communication. I felt like we were a priority and our house was in good hands. Remodelme installed new patio enclosure, they installed new flooring and they did some painting work.
Yanni and his crew did an excellent job.
they moved all the heavy stuff for us and they put everything back just as it was before.
It took some time for the materials to come in, but once we got the patio enclosure materials in they did all the installation in two days.
We are very happy with the job and we will definitely use them again in the future.
