horrible in every way, I got a new roof in September and it's already leaking. no one helps all they do is keep jerking my chain and wasting my time. a manager called said I'd deal only with him then the sales person came to get pictures and behold another person calls to tell em they have to come get more pictures, unreal! save yourself and go with any other roofer a random guy at Home Depot would be better!

Find someone else. Had a leak on a roof they had installed 8 years ago, they said they would come out later in the week, they never showed up, never called, nothing. Don't bother with them, they won't bother with you.

We used Remedy Roofing in the past on our house and they did great. So great that we even wrote them a Letter of Referral that they still use to promote their business. Then last year, at a different house we bought, we had a small roofing issue. It was eight shingles that wouldn't stay because the nails had been hammered in too far. We thought first of Remedy and called them.

Remedy said the job was too small for them but decided to send someone out to get up on our highly sloped roof and put them on correctly. We bought eight new shingles, paid for the job, and were extremely appreciative.

Fast forward one year. The eight shingles that were put up last year came off and landed at our feet today. (It was not a huge gust of wind. It just was a slow slide of shingles.) Since it was the same eight shingles, obviously the same mistake had been made by Remedy when putting up those shingles, and I asked for Remedy to come back out and address the mistake on their part.

WELL...!

A ""gentleman"" named Don called me back. Don informed me arrogantly that the price we paid to have the eight shingles put on last year was ""too low of a price"" and so they wouldn't be standing by the work they had done. He wanted me to pay AGAIN for the same job with the caveat that this time the price would ""have to be higher."" Repeatedly, when I tried to discuss this logic with him, he told me to ""Be reasonable."" and to understand that what I paid was ""not even their $400 minimum job.""

I gave him several opportunities to understand 1) that I didn't set the price for the job, Remedy did; 2) that I was being asked to pay twice for the same job; 3) that they should stand behind their work or NOT DO the work; 4) that I was not an idiot who just shelled out money for fun; and 5) that I was not appreciating his condescension. REALLY???

Obviously, I asked ""Don"" to take our Letter of Referral OUT of their sales book. To which Don said matter-of-factly, ""Ok. I'll call the office and tell them to do that.""

So THANK YOU Remedy for not standing behind your work. THANK YOU Remedy for not being a Remedy at all! THANK YOU Remedy's ""Don"" for not giving a hoot about his customers. And THANK YOU Remedy for forcing me to write on YELP! One Star was just one too many; but ZERO was not an option.

Used these guys a couple of times over the years, always prompt & courteous. But it's been about 2 years and when I called again a few weeks ago, I was told the guy I'd usually dealt with is no longer there. Another estimator returned my call & made an appointment for the next day; but when he got there, he'd forgotten the ladder. Said he'd go back the next day & call me with results. I never heard from him again. When I called the office, someone took a message but, again, I've not heard back.
