So Remedy Roofing installed a new roof in 2016, after the hail storm that year. 3 years later moderate winds are causing the shingles to come up and fly off. I called them yesterday, too which they replied, ""There is only a 2 year warranty on workmanship"". Very disappointing response. They offered to check my roof, because we have had other 'hail' storms in San Antonio, then I can make a claim to my insurance. I informed them we have not had hail at our home since the storm in 2016, and it was suggested again, very fraudulent. Not recommended if they will not stand by their work so soon after they installed a new roof.
