Well I was mistaken about this company. I like my roof it looks great but my garage roof is leaking. Suppose to send some one out to found out what's going in there . Doug Taylor said it's coming up from ground why I have water in floor of garage . Who ever heard of that ????I have other issues too .

They sent a crew that totally messed up my flat roof, and caused a very large lot of leakage where I had a small area of an old leak. Tried to make various excuses from the corporate office and refused to address the fact I have had moisture sitting there for over a month and wanted a certified mold remediation company to fix that first, NO they are replacing drywall and insulation now via general contractor and trying to do it as cheaply as possible!! Nothing to do with local sales rep and manager, THEY wanted to do the right thing but were not allowed to. I am in SW Florida and I have a flat split roof which they tell me is hard but then I guess they shouldn't be selling flat roofs if they aren't going to take responsibility and fix the damage right. After the third repair on the original install, hopefully it is done right! Called in Steven who seems to know his stuff, he redid the bad area. People from corporate office in Texas..... ( this all started on January 25th. Had the first big leak after that the first week in February, supposedly fixed, then resealed again, 2nd leak with water running down the wall still smaller but still leaking March 6th. All while waiting for them to repair the damage done! I have held off on any public review waiting for them to do the right thing. YESTERDAY I was told if I wanted proper mold removal I would have to pay out of my pocket.......... that's not the right thing!!

I've had two repairs by Remedy Roofing. This company is expedient, they care and reasonably priced. They are experts.

Terrible after-installation customer service. Once you've paid them, don't expect them to be willing to fix any problem. They punched a hole in an A/C freon line inside the attic, left a 10' x 10' section totally un-roofed (even though we paid them to replace the entire roof); and installed roof vents that do not have screens, which allows varmints into the attic (their customer service rep said they'd had this problem before with other customers, but they refused to fix it, saying they installed the vents per manufacturer's specs). Their answer to each of these problems - ""Sorry, we're not going to do anything about it.""

Remedy Roofing worked on my neighbor's house. Their work was extremely messy. They threw materials all over the yard, my yard, and the house on the other side. They didn't use a truck to catch all the materials thrown from the roof. Nails were all over the yard, my yard, on my car, and in my a/c unit. When I asked them to clean up the nails in my yard, they hand picked them out, without using a magnetic tool. When I met with the representative to discuss the mess, he said, ""It happens"" and ""You shouldn't walk barefoot."" He was rude and argumentative. I had thought about doing business with them, but due to the handling of this situation and seeing the messy cleanup, I have changed my mind.

RR replaced our roof after Harvey. Five years later there was a leak over the stairs. RR came to the house and looked in the roof. They promised to be back the next day to fix it. A month later no one has been back to fix our roof. We have called and texted both RR and Jason Perez multiple times and they will not return our call or come back to the house. The receptionist won't let us speak to a supervisor only Jason. Another roofer liked t the roof and there are two leaks. One by fireplace which caused damage to inside windows and one above stars which has ruined the Sheetrock and caused mold.

Mr.Brewster and his crew did a great job with my whole roof replacement. My old roof had a lot of issues and it only took a day and a half to remove and replace it.

Very disappointed with this company. During construction, they punctured my A/C freon line and blamed it in my builder from 20yrs ago, saying that they violated construction codes....Without even offering to come out and investigate! I'm out 2k because of Remedy Roofing's negligence!! BEWARE!!!
