Recommended. We used Reliant Roofing to reroof our home after it was damaged during Hurricane Irma. This service was largely covered by our insurance, but comparing apples to apples with the other vendors that we got quotes from, Reliant offered the most complete service at a good rate. The team showed up and worked as scheduled. The communication was fine, any items that we had concerns about Reliant addressed. Reliant helped me work with my insurance (State Farm) who told me that they would only work with my roofer, not with me.

Something that could be improved on: roof was replaced 6 months ago and we are still finding nails.

My neighbors can't stop talking about how good our roof looks. It's gorgeous!

This is the second house that Reliant Roofing has put a new roof on for me. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and the quality of work. The process starts with the sales person and the quote right through to the on-site crew, project manager and office staff. Every question is answered and ever concern addressed up front. While I am not changing my review for the quality of the roof and the experience of working with Reliant, I am a bit annoyed to have received an edited invoice after having supposedly paid in full. The contract allows them to make changes w/o notification as needs of the job change; but to receive a bill for an additional $675.00 after finalizing payment, due to an error in calculating the shingles was very unusual.

Reliant Roofing replaced my roof last week and I can't say enough about how great an experience it was! Shannon in the office is terrific. Robert was my project coordinator and he was there both days (these guys don't mess around)! They even had my driveway pressure washed after they had already left my home with no trace of being there other than a beautiful roof. I would highly recommend this company when it's time for a new roof.

I recently discovered a leak and chose Reliant because their reviews were so good. They were busy, and it took them over 2 weeks to get started, but they did a great job. Their crew was prompt and professional. They stayed for much longer than I'd expected and had to replace more decking and shingles than we thought, so I expected them to charge me more than the estimate. Instead, they took OFF money for flashing they didn't end up using. That was a nice surprise! I highly recommend Reliant.

Reliant Roofing did a wonderful job when a tree came through my roof. Very professional !! Their crew showed up when scheduled, cleaned up and hauled all the debris away and in a timely manner. Sean was supper!! Alex also. He found extra damage with my electrical in the ceiling that would not have been seen by the insurance adjuster. He sent me pictures of everything that I needed to add to my insurance claim. I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Thanks Reliant Roofing !!
