My roof isn't even on yet and I can tell you Reliant Roofing has been impressive from the moment I contacted them. Michael Clark (904-307-8456) has diligently worked with me and provided absolutely excellent customer service. He explained everything from A-Z, answered my questions, and made sure Reliant was working closely with my homeowner's insurance company so every detail was taken care of. I have been extremely impressed with his level of communication and keeping me in the loop at every step, even anticipating my needs and questions. I thoroughly researched many roofing companies before I chose Reliant; reading reviews, and speaking with a number of customers. Reliant came out on top every time and now I see why. Once the roof is completed, I'll do another review! Call Michael and let him get you started on your new roof. This young man impressed me enough that I wrote a review - something I rarely do!

I'm really glad I chose Reliant Roofing to redo our roof. They were professional, great at communicating updates, FAST at executing the job AND MOST OF ALL they convinced our home insurance to pay for most of the roof (which we were not able to do ourselves a few years ago when we contacted them, due to lack of knowledge when it comes to their policies). I would absolutely recommend anyone who's thinking about replacing their roof to give them a call. They're excellent. Great customer service from the sales people (Kevin & John) to the production director (Shannon), to the project managers (Michael and Julian) to the billing coordinator (Kensie). Reliant may be good for roofing but don't hire them for hurricane panels. I trusted the company to get the work done on time and was given a date. I called to confirm and was told that they didn't recall giving me a date. Don't walk away run . . .

They took great care of our landscaping and did a great job in cleaning the site. Felipe and his team did meticulous work and we love our new roof. Recommended. We used Reliant Roofing to reroof our home after it was damaged during Hurricane Irma. This service was largely covered by our insurance, but comparing apples to apples with the other vendors that we got quotes from, Reliant offered the most complete service at a good rate. The team showed up and worked as scheduled. The communication was fine, any items that we had concerns about Reliant addressed. Reliant helped me work with my insurance (State Farm) who told me that they would only work with my roofer, not with me.

Something that could be improved on: roof was replaced 6 months ago and we are still finding nails.

My neighbors can't stop talking about how good our roof looks. It's gorgeous!

This is the second house that Reliant Roofing has put a new roof on for me. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and the quality of work. The process starts with the sales person and the quote right through to the on-site crew, project manager and office staff. Every question is answered and ever concern addressed up front. The materials used are high quality. They even thanked my Dad for his military service. Craig, Hector and crew you are the best!!!

While I am not changing my review for the quality of the roof and the experience of working with Reliant, I am a bit annoyed to have received an edited invoice after having supposedly paid in full. The contract allows them to make changes w/o notification as needs of the job change; but to receive a bill for an additional $675.00 after finalizing payment, due to an error in calculating the shingles was very unusual.

Reliant Roofing was just that, very Reliant! They made the whole process painless and I am very happy. I learned about the insurance billing process, warranty and we worked with some changing dates due to changing weather conditions. Sean and his team are fantastic!
