My husband and I recently bought a home that was flipped. Some of the windows were new and a couple were a few years old, but the inside/outside and sills were understandably covered in dust, glue, adhesive, and splashed stucco from being exposed to months of construction. I called for a quote and received a reasonable estimate from the owner. I booked the service and the following week my windows were cleaned!!! Besides the beautiful results, the service was friendly and very punctual. I will without a doubt be calling again for future services and have zero reservations when recommending this company for your window cleaning needs!

Just had Ethan out to clean our windows, pressure wash our house, and clean our gutters. He was very quick to respond to my texts and came out within a couple of days. He is very polite, professional, and extremely thorough. He worked hard to ensure we were pleased with the results and made sure to go over everything with us before he left. He did a fantastic job and his prices are reasonable too.

When I was having guests from out of town and my usual service could not fit me in for two weeks, I turned to Yelp. Reliant Window Cleaning Services had great reviews so I reached out. I was pleasantly surprised that Ethan responded within 15 minutes and after a few questions, not only did he give me an estimate (no waiting/wasting time for an in person estimate), but was happy to book my home for window cleaning within days. He was professional, prompt, respectful, and did a stellar job. He left all work spaces clean and was super careful with our furniture and other items he had to move to access our windows. Adding to his quality of service he was able to remove some hard water stains from the windows leaving them clear and looking new. Before he completed the job, he went through everything again and made sure there was not one spot missed. Ethan with Reliant will from now on have my window service as he is not only excellent at his work, but he is a kind, respectful, and polite person. Thank you, Ethan!

What a difference a bath makes! My house looks so sparkling clean now after getting pressure washed today, I didn't know there was so much mold and grime present until viewing each section after the work was completed. I'm both grossed out and impressed!

And what a very responsive and reliable service. Ethan was very helpful and patiently explained to this non-Florida native how pressure washing works and what is covered in their services. Found Ethan on NextDoor. He responds so quickly to messages, definitely a plus when you need work done.
He has pressure washed our driveway and sidewalks twice now. Today he came in the cold and wind, I thought for sure he'd cancel but there he was right on time at 9:30am as promised.
He's a keeper and I look forward to calling him next year when we need service again.
