Ethan had been corresponding with me via Yelp for several months until I was ready for our project. Once ready he was able to schedule us within 24 hours.

He took extra care to protect our plants from chemicals and also took precaution to use the least amount of chemicals since we are a fragrance free household. Midway through the project, Ethan checked to bake sure that the aroma from the cleaning products were not bothering me. What customer service!!!!

The attention to detail and care given to our roof was very noticeable.

People forget how important a clean roof is to the life of your shingles and that soft wash should be part of your home maintenance routine. It had been a while since we had had it done and now our roof looks brand new.

We would definitely recommend Reliant for any pressure washing or soft washing needs around your home.

Ethan was prompt in responding with a quote, here when he said he would be, and did a GREAT job! We had him clean our windows inside and out, as well as pressure wash our awnings and roof drip edge. Our place looks brand new!!

I highly recommend Reliant and Ethan. He did an amazing job on our home!! It looks like a new build. He power washed, soft washed the roof and cleaned out the gutters for us. He was very efficient and professional. He worked with a crazy schedule we had since we were only in town a few days. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and the job he did for us!!

Just had Reliant pressure wash my pool deck and 100 ft. Of white plastic fence & they did an excellent job in surprisingly little time. Ethan, the owner, was on time and completed the entire job in under 4 hours. It would have taken me two days. His price was below other quotes but not the quality of his work. I would recommend Reliant to anyone that wants a pressure spray job done promptly and at a fair price.

warning...do not use reliant to clean your windows!!! i hired etahn to clean my windows on 11/23/21, and i had to point out to him numerous windows that were not cleaned properly and one window that was not even cleaned when he claimed he was done. most importantly, ethan's business is not bonded or insured. so if there are damages caused by him he will not make it good!!! the reason i point this out is i called ethan the first thing the next morning to let him know that my my sliding glass doors were scratched as it was not evident based on the way the sun was hitting my sliders when he left after cleaning my windows that afternoon. it was obvious when i woke up the next morning and called him immediately!!!i i offered ehtan the opportunity to come by and see the damage but he declined and was adamant that there was no way he caused the damage. he did say he would offer me a refund and i told him i would just stop payment on my check. due to the thanksgiving holiday being the next day, by the time i was able to contact my bank to request stop payment the check had already cleared. i reached out to ethan to let him know via text and to request that he provide me a credit via venmo or some other source. ethan has not returned my communication to him and is not standing by what he told me he would do!!! i typically use ""window cleaning experts"" and they have always done a fantastic job and have never caused any damage but the only reason i reached out to ethan is because ""window cleaning experts"" was not able to fit me in before thanksgiving. i sooooo much regret my decision. do yourself a favor and hire ""window cleaning experts"" and you will not be disappointed, lied to or left hanging if there is damage as they are insured and bonded!!!! i reached out to ethan first thing this morning @ 8:27am on 11/27/21, and i have waited till now to give him every opportunity to respond to my message before i wrote this review and....crickets!!! the time i am writing this review is 9pm on 11/27/21, so he has had over 12 hours to respond to my message!!! roxanne r.

My husband and I recently bought a home that was flipped. Some of the windows were new and a couple were a few years old, but the inside/outside and sills were understandably covered in dust, glue, adhesive, and splashed stucco from being exposed to months of construction. I called for a quote and received a reasonable estimate from the owner. I booked the service and the following week my windows were cleaned!!! Besides the beautiful results, the service was friendly and very punctual. I will without a doubt be calling again for future services and have zero reservations when recommending this company for your window cleaning needs!
