Ben is a great guy to work with. We filed insurance claim due to hail damage. Ben worked with our insurance company in great deal to get us the maximum coverage possible. It was a very long and painful process due to insurance company's initial decision not to cover the whole roof replacement expense. Ben worked with the insurance company in great patience and fought for us very hard. With Ben's effort and other factors, insurance company eventually changed course and covered the whole roof replacement. Ben's team did an excellent job in two days from 8 am to 8 pm. Now the house has a beautiful new roof. I would recommend Ben to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Ben was great! We had no issues during the process of installation, he was very patient explaining each step of the way. I only found out that we had hail damage because of Ben's thorough roof inspection. He even caught problems that the insurance company inspection did not complete on its report.

Ben and Reliance Roofing were great to work with. They were able to work on two completely different kinds of roofing issues for us at the same time and did a great job on both. They repaired a piece of roof fascia which had been damaged and also installed seamless gutters and leaf guards. Our repaired roof fascia looks great and blends in very well with the remaining fascia. For the gutters we were able to select a color that matched the outside trim, and were able to customize where we wanted our downspouts in order to best work with our drainage system. There was an area where a tree was making installation of a portion of gutter difficult to install, but they were able to problem solve without damaging the tree. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Ben was great to work with on my rental home. We had roof damage from hail and he did a very thorough inspection with detailed pictures. He even met with the insurance adjuster onsite to make sure that we got covered.

During the work he notified the renters so they were prepared for his crew. He also sent me progress pictures which was greatly appreciated.
