Literally won't give me a quote. They came out to take a look at our roof and we're really nice and told me they would send a quote later that day. I didn't get anything by end of day so I called and they called me back really quickly. Said they would get me a quote within next two days.

Just got a call from Moses saying that since I'm working with my insurance they need the itemized assessment before they can give me a quote. I said the insurance has already cut a check to us we just need to know your pricing. If your pricing is above what they have allotted then we can request a change to the insurance. I told him we have gotten like 4 other quotes just like that they send it to us and we can decide to move forward (only reason we haven't gone with one of those companies is due to timing and things like that) he says, then if you got 4 other quotes I guess your good then. I said so does that mean you're not sending us a quote he says yes and that was it.

So much for supporting local business.

I made contact with Reliance after a coworker advised they used them for roof repairs and were very satisfied with the work they performed. I called a company that inspected my home and provided an estimate, but they were not returning my calls and emails requesting to schedule the work. I made contact with Moises @ Reliance and I must say was he was very quick to respond, professional and very accommodating to schedule a day for an estimate; this call was after another company did not show up to inspect and provide an estimate for work.
The 1st company finally called @ 7:30am today, (16 days after the inspection) that they would be at my house at 10:30am today/same day and completed the work. I hope all is well, but will not know until the rain comes next week. If problems occur I will be calling Reliance Roofing for my future roof needs.
If the work they perform is like the professionalism Reliance Roofing provides to potential customers; this company hits it out of the ball park!!!
Myself and my co-worker highly recommend Reliance for any roofing need!

Recommended by a friend and neighbor of the managing partner who had replaced her roof, I found the manager of Reliance Roofing to be very helpful from the start, working closely with the inspector for my insurance company, providing specific information about the best options, directing the work in a most timely and efficient manner, and detailed follow-up to assure that all the work was more than satisfactory and accounting for all costs involved, which were quite reasonable and affordable.

Contacted reliance on Wednesday that my roof needed repairs, concerned due to large storm arriving Saturday. They advise earliest would be Saturday however they will send workers out immediately to cover my roof in plastic which they did. Reliance Roofing then contacted me Thursday advising their workers will be out Friday morning to repair my roof due to the oncoming storm. At all times workers, due to COVID-19 wore a mask, also prior to applying tiles allowed me to view them for my approval. Reliance Roofing was courteous, professional and concerned about my resident

Need some repairs on my roof before the rain season. The company is really responsive, on time and affordable. I did not expect anyone would show up on time for the appointment until I scheduled one for this company. From the estimate appointment to the repair appointment, they always show up on time. Moises replied my texts at a timely manner no matter how many questions I ask regarding the repair. I feel like they really care about their customers. Also, they provide a detailed scope of work with pictures so you know what needs to be done.

We got some missing shingles due to the crazy wind. Moises sent out his guy on time and did a great job! pricing seems a little bit high since I don't know the standard for roofing industry.

We were in need of a new roof, soon. We got several bids and ended up going with Reliance Roofing. Joe showed up for the estimate on time and explained what needed to be done. He walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions.
Within 4 days, we decided to go with Reliance. He called us on a Friday and wanted to know if it was ok to start on Saturday (the next day). We were absolutely good with that.
Joe's crew showed up bright and early, under the supervision of Vincent. Joe showed up often to communicate with the crew and Vincent.
The whole job was completed in 2 days.
We would definitely hire them again. In fact, we had referred them to our neighbor. They are currently re-roofing their house.

We had major leaks on our roof in several areas while it was raining, and it was going to rain for the next several days. We contacted five roof contractors because we were desperate. Tommy of Reliance Roofing was the only one that returned our call. He showed up the next day, inspected the roof, and explained details and costs. He answered all our questions. We agreed to his contract. A few hours went by when a few gentlemen showed up to place a tarp over the roof. As soon as the weather permitted, repair work began. Tommy obtained permit requirements, was keeping us informed of all work, using the latest tech to show us pictures of the roof (a drone), showed up early in the morning, and left at sunset. These men worked hard and quickly. They care about the work they do and their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

At the last rainstorm we noticed water dripping from the ceiling on our sunroom. Tommy owner of Reliance Roofing responded immediately to our online request for estimate & repair. He was very knowledgeable & another friend's referral sealed the deal. The next sunny day his men Jesse & Carlos came. They were hard workers, could hear their hammering through-out the day. My husband & I were pleased with their workmanship and recommended they do our friend's house as well. Also, since our roof has been painted in the past, we were pleased that Tommy was able to match the color. Hooray, no more leak!:).
