Chris and David attended to my house to replace the roof with a new roof. They did a good job ensuring the area was well fenced off, work was done safely taking care of the property and cleaning up daily after work including magnetic sweeping. Chris is always available for advise even after the work has been completed. I would highly recommend. My go to team now for any roofing issues.

I have much to say about Reliable Roofing! First and foremost, let me save you some from spending days and hours making appointments and comparing estimates; I've already done that for you. I've never had to go through the process of installing a new roof, so I felt a bit confused about where to start.

When David Shepherd from Reliable Roofing came by to evaluate the roof's condition, he was confident and prepared with a genuine passion for my roofing needs. He walked me through the entire process of submitting an insurance claim for roof replacement. David was onsite when the adjuster came and helped me interpret all the information provided and decide on the next steps.

I was a bit nervous about making a mistake, saying the wrong thing, and possibly not getting the insurance support for what was needed. David was once again there to calm my nerves, and guide me through the process.

When the day arrived for the roof to be installed, just as promised, the Reliable Roofing team was sitting in my driveway before 7 AM, ready to work and cleaning up at 4 PM. I now have a very well-installed beautiful roof that looks amazing. Reliable Roofing is genuinely reliable and so much more.

Being a homeowner is wonderful until there's a major disaster, like a water link in one of your bedrooms and bathrooms.. Well this happen to me, and being in my home for close to 15 years this made me nervous, for I never, thank God, had any major repairs within these years of ownership. So now its time for me to do the research , who can refer me to someone Great, some one that will not ripe me off, well thankfully many people in my HOA and surrounding communities knew someone great, by the name of David with Reliable Roofing. I contacted David and explained everything to him over the phone. He came over the next day to take a look, and he explained to me step by step what was going to happen next. This conversation was like he and I knew each other, prior to this visit, that is how easy it was to understand and comprehend everything, but I did mention that I would most likely forget this entire conservation, he laughed and said hey you have my number call me with any questions. Thats when I really knew he was a Great guy. David and the inspector came at my home, after the inspector left David then explained again what the process was to happen from this point forward. Gladly to say insurance paid for me a new roof. Now time has flown by and it's time to get this new roof. David was in communication with me the entire time on when he will remove the gutters, to the day the materials will be at the house, to the day the roof will be worked on and everything in between. This was also another detail that I liked. At this point I really knew that this guy was not trying to get over. On the day of the roof repair, I stayed home just because, maybe they might need me for something. But nope I was not needed at all. David and his team showed up at the time that he said 6:30am, they were so professional, they had their own porter potty, who does that, haha David, also caution tape and they had a sign that said Roof in Process.. I was like OMG, this company is so detail. also his team was on top it, I looked every now and then to see the process, and the way they had the team broken down on who did what was outstanding, which made the job and cleanup that much better. I have seen roofing done in the neighborhood before, never seen anything like this. I am so pleased with the extra effort that was given to me. Its not what you do, it's how you do it that stands out, and to be truthful, this experience was the best. I wish nothing but greatness for this company, and if you have any doubt just call him, and he will put your mind at ease like it did mine.. I have a New roof, and its looks GOOD!!!!!

David was very helpful during the whole roof replacement process, answered all our questions, and provided excellent customer service and quality work. We absolutely recommend their services. They went above and beyond with other extra services as part of the roof replacement, such as fixing the gutters and painting the ceiling. Everything looks fantastic!

Reliable Roofing & Restoration. I can't say enough good things about David and his team at Reliable Roofing & Restoration. I work in construction, so I know what to look for work contractors/subcontractors. Their team did everything they said they were going to do.

I called/emailed multiple roofing companies in the Cypress/Tomball area and Reliable Roofing was the only one to get back with me. I'm very grateful for that.

I had quite an old roof with some missing shingles and some low spots. We had our insurance come out and take a look. Offered is like $600. Well short of our deductible. David came out to do the repair work and talked to our insurance letting them know a repair wouldn't be able to be done and a full replacement would be required. He worked with insurance to take care of everything. Saved us probably $10,000.00. Finished a 2,000 square foot house in one day. I was shocked they were able to finish in one day. I was provided updates throughout the day and pictures from his drone.

Will recommend him to anyone in need of a roof.
