I was one of Reliable Roofings first customers some years back and was ""deeply impressed"" then by the outcome of our hail damaged roofing project. However, that really does not say nearly enough about how Reliable Roofing and Matt E. conduct their business...

Matt is a ""straight shooter"" who is truly there and present every time he meets with you. When he says he will be there at a certain time; he always will be...if you have a special concern regarding how the project should work or play out--he will patiently explain it to you. His pricing was the most competitive, his team was exceptionally respectful and competent and he and Reliable Roofing did exactly ""what they said they would do"", no surprises or gotya's.

Matt truly cares about his customers at every level... and just like you; he wants your roofing project to have a Lasting Quality Outcome! To further illustrate this...2 years or so after having our hail damaged roof replaced, I called Matt for a bit of advise...neighbors tree fell on our home and damaged the roof. I would not be able to get to the house to inspect it for another 3 hours or so...I head home, and Matt is already at our home talking with my wife and surveying the roof damage--***he generously was offering his time ""regardless"" of any payment whatsoever!***

Matt is also very experienced with them and ""in my case"", he helped me better understand my coverages; the process and even offered help getting my insurers to do their jobs and got them to expeditiously get the claim approved AND got supplementals where necessary.

They do a good job but don't bother with Referrals for them, they are suppose to pay $100 per referral, I have been waiting on my 5 for 5-6 months and just getting a run around trying to collect. Bad business practices!

John and his crew replaced my roof. They were very nice. They worked with my insurance to make sure that everything damaged was noticed and replaced and got it done very quickly. I'm very happy that I did choose them.
