My experience was great. Communication was consistent and the price was very good. The crew cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in a timely manner. I had no problems and this is the 3rd roof Reliable has done for me.

I won't go to deep into my project. I was working with reliable (I'll leave names out). this isn't their fault but my solar project fell through and this caused my roofing project to do the same. I gave reliable a1000.00 dollar deposit with the absolute promise it was a formality and I would be guaranteed to get it back if something happened. well it happpend. I hope you all enjoyed the 1000.00 and hopefully you gave your employees a nice lunch or something similar. dont tell people your word is your bond. I now know it's not true. the sad thing is the guy that guaranteed a refund , completely ignored me when I sent him several texts asking for the money. Have the respect to at least answer. I would have accepted if you just let me know you were wrong. I get it we all have bosses and sometimes you say something and have to walk it back. BTW this project was back at the end of last year. yeah it's a little late but I've been busy. Dont hire these guys unless everything you discuss is in writing. who knows if their workmanship is good or not. I will never know.

Ernie the reliable roofer is anything but reliable. Back on February 8th I reached out to him for a roof leak and he came out and ""fixed"" it and I paid him. The next rain it leaked again and I reached out to him on the 20th and he came out and said he fixed the problem. Then it leaked again on the 7th of March and I contacted him and he told me he would fit me in the same week and didn't so when I reached out the 11th he told me once again later on the week. Contacted him the 14th and received no response reached out again the 17th and got a response saying I haven't forgotten about you I'll be out there. Well it's now June 26th and I've heard nothing. So much for his warranty and guarantee that he promises. Do not use this person he is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.

The original quote I got was $22,800.00 This was for repairing about one third of my roof. Before he left he dropped the price to $19000.00.

The next day he called and dropped the price again. Every time I said no, the price dropped. A couple days later they dropped the price to $16,000.00.
If I had agreed to the original $22,800.00, I would have been screwed out of 6k. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I got several other quotes that were less than half the quote from Reliable.
More like WE LIE ABLE!!!!!!!

Made a reservation for this company a week prior to the consultation. Had three or four confirmed texts from the company along with one phone call - took a day off of work - company Canceled.
Made another appointment with same company to come out a different day - Sunday, girl called confirming appointment at 3:00 , cancelled stating manager was running late. I am going on 5:00 , manager still not available. Do not do business with a company called RELIABLE- because the name itself is a Lie!!

Ernesto (Ernie) Torres seemed cool when he priced out repairs. The job he estimated was confirmed twice but was postponed due to weather. Each time I had to follow up many times to confirm the appointment/postponement. Over a few weeks plus, it was clear he took bigger paying jobs and decided to back out of our agreement. He recommended me to find someone else. I don't know the true quality of his work, but as a reputable person/roofer who should keep their word as a business man, I don't recommend him at all.

I set an confirmed an appointment with Reliable Roofing and was told my husband and I have to be there together. My husband took off of work to meet with them and they called to cancel. Reliable Roofing asked if I would reschedule for Monday. Once again my husband took off of work and they called 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me I live to far.

Reliable ROOFING turned what they said was a one week job into a 6 week ordeal because they took so many days off from this job. They would do a part of the job, take 5 or 6 days off then do another part. Also did a lot of peripheral damage to the house when they took the old roof off and it was hard to get them to repair it. The new roof did not pass the city inspection initially due to various missing items. This of course added to the delay. Would not recommend them.

RELIABLE ROOFING is very reliable and should consider changing their name.

1. The most important thing.. was the working crew did not speak English there was language barrier communicate was difficult. They didn't understand me and I didn't understand them.

2. Calls and text messages6 not returned or responded too.

3. They cam and removed the roofing and left it exposed for two weeks until they came back to finish the job.

4. Didn't clean up. Left nails and other debris on ground.

5. Left my gate open and my dog ran away.

6. No follow up were ever done by any supervisors.

7. My garden was not properly cover and some of plants died and will have to be replaced.

Asked many personal questions that had nothing to do with the job. Uncertain about their motives so thanked them for their interest and immediately disconnected. Something fishy....
