I called this company to ask for an estimate and they said they don't service my area because it was too far east of Oakland. Hmmmm. That's sounds a bit sketchy to me. A little judgmental or maybe even a little racist.

Reliable Roofing caught my eye as they had a special. I wasn't too keen on reading past reviews, but I had limited time to con with a contractor.
They sent their Rep. , who showed up and punctual. We covered their business, warranties and set up to move forward. There was I think a small communication cross, but resolved and addressed. I feel these guys were on it and as they went about the project, kept me up to date almost daily. When it was all said and done, I was happy with the finished. I'd recommend these guys, if someone asked me about their business and workmanship. I do t want to place names here, but not Project Manager and Senior Project Manager were always communicating with my concerns on the project. Great job fellas!

This has to be the worst company in CA. Constant lies and excuses. They say they have their own crew but they hire sub contractors with the lowest bid. They will waste your time and money, nine out of ten times they won't show up when they say and when they do they only do half the job. The roof they did for me was not done as I asked and has major pooling issues. In addition to that, they messed up my paint and windows from improper demo. It has been over 8 months of me calling and emailing to fix the pooling issue and they basically just ghosted me. I'd go into greater detail but they've already wasted enough of my time.
