Pretty disappointed they were putting in a whole house fan in. They said it would take a month and I was ok with that so I could get the day off planed. Then they called and said we could do it in a few days. So I got someone to take the day off because I couldn't get it off. Day of installation they called and said they don't have a house fan there all out. Now that I done research I've found out how over priced they quoted me and for installation I will not be using them ever again.
""Slick"" is the nickname I've given to the boy/man estimator who came to my house. I want an estimate to reinsulate my older home and have talked to several contractors and friends to get a ballpark range I should be working in. He gave me an estimate that was more than double that range! and had the nerve to tell me it was good for 10 days. What bullshit. I showed him the door right away.
I'm looking forward to working with a company that is honest and professional. Reliable didn't get the job.
I was referred to Reliable by a friend. They are super professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely choose them for any future home improvement projects.
Jeffery M.Just want to leave this as a positive review because of Tim whom is a marine veteran, is an amazing salesman who follows the core values of what I think Reliable should be and what can be. However, leadership is horrible the GM whom decided to come to our home and do final arrangements and measurements totally ruined our experience and trust with reliable. If you are planning on doing something simple, small, in the sub $5000 range and have your decorations and ideas already mapped out then Reliable is good for you. However, if you are looking for design help/assistance and more ideas brought upon unfortunately the GM will tell you that can't be done ""we have to do what is in their inventory."" Or you have to go shop on your own with the budget in your quote. Ummm we are spending almost 40k we can get an Audi S5 for that price. Moreover, customer service skills massively lack or are missing with leadership and understanding of someone whom is battling cancer recovery and was in the hospital for about 7 months straight and mentioning a couple days of family needs in the hospital and laughing at us saying he needs to get to his wife like it's the end of the world. Now our family and anyone who is looking for help in that regard shouldn't look for this company as you will get laughed at like you are a peasant. On top of that had the audacity to reference getting water on demand when asked upon while leaving lab/infusion appointment while our caregiver was at the house was a little disturbing. Furthermore we couldn't deal with the stress so had to end soon upon ending the GM decided to tell our son (5 year old) to pick up tiles that was left on the floor, multiple sample decorations. Unfortunately, this GM ruined our perception of this great company that Tim has, which is an amazing vision and ideas that in my career path would match what would coincide with any company, leadership needs to stop penny pinching and really care for its staff, because yes I miss working with Tim..
I'll leave this here Tim got us to sign a contract on the upwards of 35-37k and it was smashed with leadership.
+++update+++
Managed to go with Home Depot which did Bamboo Wood flooring for 8.5k, wrought iron fence for 3k, and crown molding for 1.4k, those prices smash the 37k 96 month contract.
They came and did the roof on our house and they didn't do a very good job. The first storm after they did the roof one of our sky lights blew off and the other one has a crack across it and when I went to replace the skylight they didn't put the flashing that was around the skylight up against the frame so I had the bend it back to the frame so I could put in the skylight and I'm still going to have to replace the other one.
Also we went to plug in a phone in the back area of the house it didn't work so I traced the line inside and outside the house and found that the line had run along under the roof lip and it was cut so now we have to have the phone company come out and fix that.
My impression is that the sales people are like slimy used car salesmen. Please have anyone else but these clowns do any work on your house. We are filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau
Unfortunately, they are Proven liars. Justin and his friends canvased our neighborhood this week and his sales tactics involved straight faced lies. He showed us a map of current work in the neighborhood- two of the houses were personal friends. I called them to check referrals. They have not done business with Reliable, nor do they have any business planned. That's unacceptable
Anthony L.I recently had a Amber shingle roof installed by them and jerimiah there was a few bumps in the beginning as far as communication went. Thats the reason for the 4 stars But david was helpfull and ryan personally addressed the communication issues, which ment a ton to me, and after that all went smooth. Patrick updated me throughout the days until roof was finished. Everybody was pleasant to work with and overall we are happy with our new roof. I do recommend these guys and will be using them for future home improvement projects. Thanks again to everybody i worked with.

I took a short nap in my living room this week and happened to look up at the ceiling. I noticed a few moist water stains in my ceiling after the hail storm we had. I called RHI and they seemed really concerned and noticeably had an sense of urgency as well. It was reassuring that that they were going to get right on it. They called the next day and set up an appointment for the following week. I'll update as the process goes.
I'm not sure wether to be upset that I have a leak after getting the roof done recently, be upset with their sub-contractor or just be happy they are still around so it is addressed and fixed as soon as possible.

Here we are just over a year later... they promised they'd be back as soon as a couple of locks arrived for our windows. They never came back to finish. I guess I'll have to call their supplier and let them know and ask for a referral to another Anlin Window certified installation company to install 5 more windows.
We had Reliable Home Improvement install front and rear patios along with a side alley sidewalk. The entire job was completed in two days. Day one was was the demolition and excavation of the old concrete sidewalk out front and on the side, as well as a brick patio out back. They also set up the forms and gravel base/rebar inserts/drainage pipes. Our backyard used to flood with every rain so they installed plenty of drainage pipes. This included three downspout connections and 3 ground level drains in the back and side, all routed under the concrete to the front yard. It's been pouring for an entire day now and I'm happy to say there is no more flooding! They also removed a sprinkler valve on our main water line that was unused, allowing the concrete to come in closer to the pipes. I really appreciated this extra attention to detail to make our entrance look it's best. We also had multiple futures for wires and water installed to have expandability for projects down the road without having to mess with the concrete.
Day two was the concrete pour. It was exciting to watch but otherwise uneventful since the preparation was completed the day prior. We requested one minor change to the front patio form so the edge would line up better with our plans for the driveway, and they had no issue changing it last minute. The crew poured the concrete quickly, ensuring the rebar was inside the pour and not laying on the bottom gravel. The smoothing/leveling process was done 3 or 4 times as the concrete set to ensure a quality product, with the final time putting down the rock salt for the finish and brushing the borders.
We have zero complaints about the work Reliable Home Improvement did at our home. The crew was friendly and efficient. They explained the process well so we knew what to expect and how to care for the new concrete. The worksite was left clean. Reliable went the extra mile several times to make sure the project came out as we envisioned. We plan on having them do our concrete driveway sometime later this year or next year. The work they did really transformed our backyard into a new living space and greatly improved the curb appeal out front! Pictures attached are about a week after pour, the color variations in the pictures are due to the rain. The concrete looks awesome in person. Thanks!
jay z.Well what can I say I shopped around did some homework even went to a bunch of Home Shows to find the Right Company.
Made appointment to have Reliable come out and explain our options on replacement windows & pricing
Followed up by measurement appointment
They were on time the day of the appointment for window measuring.
Windows ordered.
New windows arrived and date setup for install.
Day of install went great. Replacement windows installed old windows hauled away and area cleaned up.
What else can I say, everything went SMOOTH we like the new windows. I can now longer hear my neighbors pool pump running all night and his damn dog barking all night I can now finally get to sleep and yes the new windows are sweet.
Thank You RELIABLE !
