Reached out to Noe last year during the pandemic for a quote to remodel my stairway railings. At the time I didn't want to spend the money and said I would reach back out in a year, which I did. I contacted him again and he said he needed to come to my house to do another consultation. The day of the consultation he's a no show. He sent a text message to reschedule a hour after he was supposed to show up. We rescheduled the following day and when he gives me the new quote he gives me a outrages number that's triple the price in labor. I received 4 different quotes from reputable contractors and they didn't quote me nearly as high and was able to give me a breakdown of what I was paying for. Noe gave me a number verbally that made absolutely no sense. The only thing he could say was the inflation has caused the of pricing of everything to go up. I would never do business with him because he didn't seem knowledgeable about why I should be paying triple the price in labor for his service.

Noe and his team were great to work with during our open floor concept project, we had some unforeseen hiccups with the City but Noe was able to accommodate and adapt through all the hurdles and ultimately assisting with everything from coordination, scheduling and onsite supervision of his team and completing the scope of work and passing all inspections...definitely learned a lot and witnessed some of the hardest working individuals taking care of business!

Noe and his team are great to work with! He did out kitchen remodel including new paint, new floors, and popcorn ceiling removal all throughout. We also got central AC installed through him.
We got 5 separate quotes, all the prices were around the same, but Noe provided more services including design consultation and 3D drawings. All of his team are skilled professionals and Noe was excellent with communication. They were on-time and extremely efficient. If I ever had a concern or question, Noe would have if addressed within a few hours. He also provided valuable feedback from his many years of experience regarding design, layout, etc which is so helpful for us!
We already have plans to use him and his company for the next phases of our home renovations!

This review has been a long time coming. Noe and his crew are absolutely amazing. Noe provided amazing service and was so absolutely kind. Our home was falling apart, there was termite damage, and so much work that needed to be done. Noe and his crew repaired two walls, a ceiling, repaired water damage, treated our walls for termites, repaired a fireplace, and repaired a concrete wall in our yard. Due to our family's financial situation we required financing options and Noe gave us a competitive price and helped us secure financing. Noe and his crew were communicative and easily accessible whenever we had questions regarding what was being done and how much it would cost. Noe and his team were absolutely always on time, respectful, considerate, and clean.

Finally, during the course of construction our family experienced a devastating loss and Noe was very responsive, respectful, and did absolutely everything he could in an attempt to help our family heal. We truly appreciated his compassion. I am confident when I say that we have found our family's contractor and will definitely hire him and his crew to do work for our family again in the future.

Really appreciate the work Reliable Home Design did. I needed a sliding glass door installed and the old one removed. I was having trouble finding a company that would install one that I had already purchased. Noe from Reliable Home Design was the only one to get back to me. When I had questions, he responded in a timely manner without me having to wait days. Now and workers showed up with masks. They were able to install the door without extra paint or stucco work, which I appreciated. They went over the function of the door, locks, blinds, etc. which I appreciated. Very professional and responsible price. I'm just glad they were so reliable. I would highly recommend Reliable Home Design for any of your projects even if it's something small like mine was.
